I placed an order on TikTokbut did not check the email address and it was missing the L at the end of Gmail contacted Tommy Hilfiger customer service straightaway they dealt with it and sent it through. Did not even take five minutes customer services absolutely brilliant. Thank you, Sophie.

Well ive never shopped on Tommy before they are brilliant isent for sandals I ordered a bigger size cos I thought they might be small anyway they were too big I returned them very easy got a refund straight away ordered the right size they came perfect all in one week well done I will definitely buy from you again absolutely beautiful sandals im made up x

You used to do 5 xl size which was great but now you've changed it to big plus well there not 5xl anymore more like 7 or 8 xl. And your 5xl or big plus size are pretty limited in choice.. please just go back to 5 xl....otherwise I'll shop elsewhere. Get it together Mr Hilfiger

First of all the website would not…
First of all the website would not process my order no matter what device I used the customer service was unhelpful I eventually managed to place the order that evening presuming there must of been some kind of glitch previously then Tommy Hilfiger cancelled my order saying they could not verify my details so I tried again checking my address was ok which it was then reordered, order went through fine but then had notification that both orders were getting processed???!!! I now have duplicate orders very inconvenient not a great ordering experience. I doubt I will order again.

My only complaint regarding my purchase…
My only complaint regarding my purchase is that a 10% discount was offered and then I couldn’t apply it as for some reason the website would not accept a password! I gave up and ordered the trainers without the discount. I’m sure once they arrive I will be happy.
