Been having windows and doors off uk doors online for couple of years now and cannot fault quality or service , especially Megan in sales as she sorts all my orders out without issue

I ordered a set of bifold doors with this company in early July, but the experience has left me never use them ever again. First, after order was placed, I was told the manufacturer had a large back log so delivery will be delayed by over two weeks. I had to re-arrange my builder but he is no longer available on the delivery date so everything was further pushed back. When the door arrived, the glass pane was of wrong size. UKDoorsOnline promised to redeliver in August but did not do so, without any notification. Eventually, having escalated the issue I was told I now have two options, to wait for another 2 weeks or be partially refunded, as they will still charge me for the door frame that has no glass?! So basically, I wasted 2 months waiting for their delivery to be told this. Customer service is beyond useless.

Doors ordered by a builder under the builders name, now the company is refusing to transfer any warranty into our name. Highly suspect business practice which seems to be purposely set up this way to avoid supplying the paying end customers with a valid warranty.

**Excellent Service and Quality Products**

I recently ordered replacement units and sills from UKDoorsOnline and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their service was outstanding.

Celia, who handled my order, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me informed at every step and made sure everything was arranged perfectly for delivery.

The ordering process was smooth, and the team was very professional in their communication. They provided clear information about delivery schedules and were responsive to any questions I had.

The quality of the products looks excellent, and everything arrived as promised on the scheduled delivery date.

Experience bad. Don’t deserve one star. A lot wrong with doors and absolutely no help. i paid a lot and wish I’d kept my old doors. Overall bad experience and nothing can be done. 👎

Disappointing Service and Poor Resolution for Order Issues

I ordered bifold doors, a back door, and a window from UK Doors, and unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. Last Friday, I was informed that there was an issue with the glass for the bifold doors, which caused a delay of over a week. While I understood that things can happen, it was still disappointing.

Then, when the back door arrived today, it was the wrong configuration—it opens inward instead of outward. The team promised to deliver a replacement on the 14th, with the glass for the bifold, but insisted that no compensation would be offered if we chose to keep the incorrect door. After escalating the issue, they agreed to a £125 credit, but I don’t think that’s a fair resolution, especially considering the circumstances.

What’s even more frustrating is that the £125 credit only came after escalation, and I get the feeling that they wouldn’t have been as keen to resolve the back door error if it weren’t for the fact that they were already making a delivery to fix the bifold glass issue. They insisted that each delivery costs £300, and I can’t help but feel that this was their main motivation for fixing the back door error. Had they not been making the delivery for the bifold glass, I doubt they would have been so eager to correct the back door issue.

Additionally, they criticized us for having builders ready to install before delivery, which I found frustrating. We’re in the middle of an extension that involves demolishing part of the building, so it's not as simple as just waiting for delivery. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to accommodate our situation made this whole experience more stressful.

The 2 stars I have given are for the order process and the responses I received from Megan in the sales team, who was helpful and professional throughout. However, the overall handling of the issues with my order, the lack of goodwill, and the delays make me reluctant to use UK Doors again in the future. I don’t feel like they value their customers enough to provide fair resolutions when things go wrong.

Made to feel a fool because I did not know anything about doors. That was why I contacted and spoke to someone. I needed new doors and was ridiculed. Apparently I was speaking to the office manager.

Reached out to Customer Service as a glass panel smashed in Bi Fold after being installed for 2 years. No reason for it breaking as no impact, however they were amazing and sent out a replacement pane as a gesture of goodwill within 10 days.

Great doors at a good price!

I have ordered 8 windows and a bifold door from uk doors online. The sales team where helpful and patient wile we went through different options and styles. All went well until the delivery. Unfortunately the driver didn’t contact me ( as stipulated by uk doors) so I could meet him instead he dragged an 8ft wide door 30 feet across my stone driveway scratching the sill and doing untold damage to the frame. After many phone calls they agreed to take the door back to the factory and check it over.A date was arranged for collection but they didn’t turn up until the following day.The door was repaired and I was told would be delivered along with the windows. I didn’t want to take any chances with lifting the door so arranged for 2 people to help with the lifting. The doors were not on the lorry only the windows. Can’t comment on the quality of the product yet but the delivery team are a shambles and most of the people I spoke to in the after sales tried to fob me off and didn’t want to face up to a problem that 1 of their employees created. Can not recommend this company and will not use again.

From the 1st point of contact Joe Simmonds has been fantastic: extremely helpful and very clear in his advice. I wanted some bi-fold windows for the 1st floor of my house which has fab views over the South Downs to the sea. Joe answered my many questions with honesty and always being clear about anything he did not know, which was very re-assuring. When delivered the cills were missing, and again Joe was extremely helpful in getting the missing cills delivered. We installed the windows pretty easily with the help of the manuals, and I have to say I could not be happier with them. Great quality, they fab and work really well.

Good competitive prices, delivery on time and superb customer service from Joe. One of our panes had a scratch on delivery, reported straight away and Celia in after sales resolved promptly with replacement due to arrive in a few days. Would recommend this company, A1 customer service and product looks good although not fitted yet !

I have recently installed a window and bi fold doors supplied by this company from order to delivery it has been a refreshing experience and restored my faith that there are companies that can still give 5 star service. Megan was my point of contact she contacted me after I requested an online quote ,she was beyond helpful throughout the design and purchase phases with finally delivery being made on time too.After using other companies and receiving inferior products / poor service / delayed deliveries I can only restate that the office staff here are a real asset to this company.

Great co, great product, good price, and Joe Simmonds was great in helping with my queries and assisting all the way.

Super easy ordering process, constant updates from Kirstie and Christine on delivery date, fantastic delivery team and frequent updates and ETAs from the driver so i knew when to be in without having to sacrifice a full day doing waiting around.

Would highly recommend and will 100% use again.

Contacted doors online for a quote for 8 windows composite front door and set of aluminium bi-folds price was so competitive I thought they had missed something off assured that they had not quality was my next thought Joe Simmonds invited us to go and check quality which we did and it is excellent placed order with Joe who is super knowledgeable and a great ambassador for the company I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

UK doors online were great to deal with and were so good value for money that we decided to do our upstairs windows as well after we had done our extension. Delivery was quick and Megan in sales was always on hand cross-referencing measurements etc and quoting.

Excellent quality bi-fold doors. Communication very good and doors delivered as arranged.
I would highly recommend this company.
