This review is for Kirsty who works in deliveries. Her professionalism and efficiency in sorting out a delivery order issue we had was excellent. Within 24 hours the issue had been fully resolved and credit goes to Kirsty for making this her priority and turning a bad situation into a very positive one!

I ordered an aluminium bifold door (white) which looks great, but it's leaking!!!

They tried blaming me and my installer for the issue.

My installer worked with them and resealed the door, which hasn't made any difference.

After many attempts to have it checked/fixed, they replaced some seals and other components, which helped a bit, but it's still leaking when it rains!

They promised me a call from their operations manager in April, which hasn't happened despite reminding them.

I feel they have abandoned me with a leaking door, and take no responsibility for the faults in the door.

Avoid!!!

We had one of their Aluminium French Door fitted recently. The fact that it has a ABS Master lock installed is a bonus. Top quality product which we would highly recommend. Very well made door, love it.

Purchased a couple of bifold doors which are superb. We use the left bifold as the main door so the right only used in the summer when both are opened.. last weekend I needed to open the right door and realised the seal at the bottom was missing.. I emailed Megan and received a reply from Stacy that a seal had been posted…

Not sure where to start with my experience with uk doors online as it was one problem after another.

Order process was quite simple and any questions I had about measuring were answered.

So order was placed and was told id now get a eta week commencing delivery date from the delivery team. This never came so I had to chased them for this. Anyway I got a delivery date of the 9/02/24. The day before the delivery date I got another call arranging delivery for 16/02/24. There was some confusion to this and no one really had a clue what was going on and I had to keep chasing for answers.
For some reason my order went through in two separate orders yet I paid all in one go. Anyway my pvc window and French door came on the Friday and was told the aluminium bifold was coming the Friday after.
Not ideal but never the less there was no other option. The pvc turned up and to say the quality was bad is a understatement. If you go on my google review the pictures are on there of how they got sent out to me with rough and unfinished edges on the welds, bits sticking out ect. I sent the to a few people I know who are in the window trade and they were all confirming how shocking they really were. Anyway after a conversation on the phone and pictures being sent they emailed me back offering me a touch up pen ! Quite laughable really. After many phone calls I finally got to speak the the factory manager Dom who did agree how bad they were and agreed to get them turned around quickly for me. So they collected them and re made the window and door. They were much better but one of the French door sashes was bowed when fitting but I didn’t even report this as at this point I’d had enough of dealing with them.

So the ally bifold turned up on the Friday, all looked well. So fitting was happening on the Saturday. When going to fit we unwrapped then cill and guess what ?! They sent the wrong colour cill. My doors were brown and they sent black ! I had to pack the doors up enough to be able to hook the cill under then the new 1s come.

From start to finish my experience was shocking. It’s cost me financially as iv had to pay the plaster to come back, tiler to come back all because they can’t deliver what they say. They did give me back my £100 delivery fee and said that’s all they are willing to do.

When you speak to these people on the phone it’s very loud in the background and sounds like a child’s playground. Very unprofessional.

I will say one good thing, a lady called Stacey was the only person who remotely cared and was professional about the hole thing.

If you have a job that you want to hit deadlines I would advise going elsewhere, and if you like quality also I wouldn’t bother.

They arrived a couple of days earlier than originally quoted after great communication to arrange delivery time.
The quality of the doors are excellent.
I did have a few minor issues with a scratched handle and a weather seal issue but after 1 email I was sent replacement parts the next day. I’m Very pleased with with the customer service. I will be using this company again. Very happy customer

Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Valued? 1/5. They get the positive "1" for how they were before they got my money.
Ordered bi-fold doors. Good turnaround time, delivery person helped me to carry the large frame to its place of storage until my fitter could install the doors. Upon coming to fit the doors some 2 to 3 week slater, significant damage was found on the doors which had not occurred during storage. I signed to receive the doors, stating that I hadn't checked them. The company policy is check them within 48 hours; this was my failure as I trusted the product. Mistake! I contacted UK Doors Online, (who are reluctant to say they're in Ravensthorpe for some reason) but from day 1, they've hidden behind the 48 hour policy. No movement, no flexibility, no half way. I asked them to come see the damage so they could at least learn perhaps, but not interested. How bizarre? They did offer me a touch up pen and sent me a link to MagicMan hard surface repairs in their first response - perhaps I'm not the first to have issues with their products? I even asked if they'd cover the cost of the repair, but I got the "computer says no" stance of hiding behind the 48 hour policy and that's it. Happy to provide a replacement door at full price though! There is no subjectivity in here, just the facts. The fitter explained that it is normal for products to delivered to sites and not opened for weeks at a time, but they dug their heels in at the 48 hour policy. Be warned, check their products within in 48 hours or accept their substandard product, (if applicable).

I ordered my bifolding online and everything was taken care of Megan was the teammemberwho took careof everything. I was contacted to double check and sign then I was given a date to be delivered. Most important of all was the product itself good quality.

I want to thank also the delivery driver who was great.

I ordered my French doors in 2021 - from that moment onwards the customer service from ukdoorsonline has been second to none. Friendly, informative and helpful. Added to which - their doors are beautiful, strong and hardwearing. I would 100% absolutely recommend them to family, friends and anyone looking for great doors.

Ordered a bifold door and all was going well including the stated delivery time frame.

The door arrived in a different colour to what was ordered.

They admitted the mistake was on their side but was a bit appaled to to be told that it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get a replacement door back. Given the situation and the error was on their side a bit more could have been done to hurry the door through production as the initial door only took 3 weeks and the glass with fitted blinds are already made

Excellent product! We ordered double glazed French doors - with a different colour front and back and bars across the middle (to resemble the previous Crittal-style doors). Got a made-to-measure price that was extremely reasonable, quick delivery, and the French doors look great. Highly recommend
