We deal with UK doors online, at least once a month, for the last 3 years or so.
From the staff on phone to the guys doing the deliveries the service is great.

Any issues are resolved in a great timely manner.

100% wouldn't go anywhere else for our Bifolds, Windows and composite doors.

Brilliant service from start to finish from friendly, professional staff.

This is my second order from this company and I cannot praise them enough, they employ delightful, friendly, knowledgeable people and offer a fabulous service from start to finish.
Their prices undercut any local or national companies.

There sales team were really helpful and informative and helped us to choose the exact doors we wanted. The delivery was on time and the doors are great quality.

Exceptional, very helpful from start to finish. Naturally fitting the door does require some skill, however the great price means you can still employ a local window person to help fit them. Saved me around £3.5K if I'd have ordered them from a general firm. Well worth it.

Horrific experience. Ordered French doors to be delivered in January. Wrong doors delivered. Eventually the correct doors arrived, but parts were missing. Several weeks and many failed attempts to deliver the correct parts and finally our doors were able to be fitted in April. Then the bars on the doors kept falling off. An engineer came twice to refit. We are now in July and still have bars stacked up that have fallen off and the “engineers” haven’t been able to secure. Horrendous customer service. No communication. Still waiting….

We have been a trade customer for the past few years.
It's refreshing to have a supply chain that are so helpful and always make time for questions or queries.
Delivery times are quick and drivers always give a curtesy call on rout too.

I emailed uk doors to try and purchase some of the insulation gasket which appears to have fallen out during installation.

As I only needed a small amount Sophie sent me out some free of charge next day delivery.

Excellent company to deal with.

Really pleased with the Service Engineer who attended our property and professionally sorted out our Bi-Fold doors. He was respectful, polite and kindly explained everything that he did and why.

The team at UK Doors Online made the purchasing of Bifold doors a very pleasurable experience indeed.
Nothing was difficult, I gave the measurements I took and they built a frame exactly to size. The delivery was scheduled for 4 weeks time but two weeks into it, I had an email to say they would be delivered early which was great!
When I fitted the frame, it was spot on! The video that is available to watch on how to install the doors is detailed and thorough. Following that, I had no problems at all with the exception of the beading. I struggled to push the beading in after the windows had gone in but the team was on hand to offer suggestions on how best to do it and it worked. I am now very satisfied with my Bidfold doors and cannot fault them in any way at all.
All in all, a great company to work with. Professional, friendly, always on hand, helpful and nothing too small to deal with. Ella and Megan are a real tribute to the team!
The delivery guy was lovely as well. He helped carry the doors to the place I wanted and asked if there was anything else he could do to help?! How nice was that?

Finding a company like this is very rare nowadays.

Great help from sales team to get the right design and measurement, delivery on time and good price & communication, me and the driver carried through the house to put in the garden room ready to install. Only comment would be the online installation guide could be more detailed to help a first time diy-er install but in the end excellent product that has gone in well and good telephone support for the questions I had.

Great service! Extremely helpful when ordering, accommodating with storing our products for us when we experienced delays with our project, efficient delivery service and the doors look great! Highly recommend!

Product prices are good for the quality also good system of letting you know when delivery is going to be.

Biggest let down is they want to make sure you give a lift off with the doors and glass. So if your on a different job you got to get back to them as they say some one should be there with the driver very off putting.

Order agreed on the Wednesday. On Friday we queried something with our fitter who rang Paul at the company and then came back to us to say doors not in production so would come back on Monday to remeasure. New measurements sent to Paul on Monday and I received an email on the Wednesday to say doors going into production. I heard nothing from Ukdoorsonline until I rang Paul to ask for delivery date and he then told me the doors were ready but made to original size. Only explanation I got was that production was like a ball rolling down the hill, it could not be stopped when started. I was also reminded on more than one occasion that I had signed a contract based on the original measure. I am now left with doors which will not fit and considerably out of pocket. Paul was aware that the production was going ahead on the original measure but did not ring me to warn me of this so if you are looking for a company who gives good customer service, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Everything from start to finish I was happy with, bifolds windows and a bespoke window were all ordered and made to high quality, couldnt be happier. Megan in customer service was on hand to answer any questions and the delivery team let me know the day when it would be delivered and I had a phonecall for both deliverys. Highly recommended.
