Det gør mig oprigtigt ked af det at læse, at du har haft denne oplevelse med din lampe. Det er bestemt ikke den kvalitet eller oplevelse, vi ønsker at give vores kunder, og jeg forstår godt din frustration, når produktet ikke fungerer som forventet.

Jeg vil meget gerne se nærmere på sagen personligt og undersøge, hvad der er sket. Du er derfor meget velkommen til at kontakte mig direkte på mld@umage.com med dit ordrenummer og gerne et par billeder af lampen, så finder vi en løsning sammen.

Hvis der er tale om mails fra nogen, der udgiver sig for at være os, vil vi sætte stor pris på, hvis du vil sende os en mail med et screenshot. Så kan vi undersøge sagen nærmere og komme til bunds i det.

Hvis du derimod oplever at modtage for mange mails direkte fra os, beklager jeg, at det føles sådan.
