Book online at usave.com to compare vehicles, see your price before you pay and collect from the location that suits you. Our fleet ranges from economy cars to SUVs and people carriers for the whole family.
Before you travel
- Payment card: a credit card in the main driver's name is needed for the security deposit. Deposit amounts and accepted cards vary by location and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.
- Booked through a travel site? Check your voucher for what's included. Cover bought from a third party works differently from ours, and the counter will still need a deposit.

These people cannot be trusted
Very friendly staff. Very low prices. Located off the airport - so a bit cumbersome to take out and return car. We were scammed. Charged GBP 2000 for a scratch that we documented with photos that were there when we took over and delivered. We have repeatedly contacted agency with no response. They are speculating that we will not do anything. These guys cannot and should not be trusted.

Stressende og dårlig start på ferien
Vi landet sent på kvelden og lette etter utleiefirmaet inne på flyplassen. Flere andre utleiere fortalte oss at selskapet ikke holdt til der. Etter en telefon fikk vi beskjed om å gå til parkeringsplassen, hvor vi ble møtt av en hyggelig mann.
Til vår store overraskelse var bilen nesten tom for drivstoff. Vi ble henvist til en bensinstasjon 1km unna flyplassen, som turister i et ukjent område kjørte vi feil. Med kone og barn i bilen og frykt for å gå tom for drivstoff ble dette en svært stressende og ubehagelig start på familieferien.
Hyggelig personale, men svært dårlig organisering og helt uakseptabelt å levere ut en bil med nesten tom tank.

Voiture réservée en juillet pour octobre, arrivée sur place (Catane, Sicile) la dame désagréable à l'accueil n'a pas voulu prendre ma carte qui est bien une carte de credit (écrit dessus).
Bizarrement si je prenais une assurance en plus à 400€ la ça marchait. J'ai du prendre en urgence un autre véhicule chez une autre agence avec un coût 10 fois plus élevé!
Location vraiment à fuir!

The cost of the rental was extremely competitive. The car itself was good and ideal for what we had planned. The staff at the handover were extremely friendly and helpful.
It was a little difficult to find the office, and this would been easier if they had been put on the email.

Mit Auto und Leihe war alles ok, nur das Shuttle kam spät
Mit dem Auto und der Leihe war wieder einmal alles in Ordnung.
Nur auf die Abholung vom Flughafen mussten wir recht lange warten, da der Prozess nicht sauber beschrieben war. Nächstes Mal rufen wir direkt an und warten nicht darauf, dass das Shuttle regelmäßig vorfährt, wie es in der Mail beschrieben war.
Daher dieses Mal einen Stern Abzug.

Good and bad experience
It drove well and fulfilled our purpose but very disappointed when my deposit took over three weeks to return when I was told it would only take five days. That of itself would not want me to use your facilities again.
