L’aereo era in ritardo e mi hanno aspettato oltre l’orario di chiusura.

Il personale del desk è stato cortese e veloce, mi ha anche proposto un'alternativa migliore rispetto all'auto che avevo prenotato. La riconsegna è stata altrettanto veloce. L'auto era pulita, tenuta bene e non ha manifestato alcun problema (una fiat 500 dolcevita con 55.000km). Ho messo la carta di credito in garanzia e l'assicurazione è stata acquistata su un sito diverso da u-save (in caso di incidente, si anticipa con la carta di credito messa a garanzia e successivamente ci si rivale sull'assicurazione), per cui non mi è stata proposta.

Alles super, das Auto war sehr schwer zu dokumentieren, sehr viele Dellen und kratze.
Aber bei der Rückgabe überhaupt kein Problem. Musste auch nicht lange warten.

The cars are well maintained and the staff at the airport are the best

I have to say that the Customer service and approach of the Two Great Guy's that work there is Superior. Krystian that was the first one that we were dealing with was very helpful and fantastic. As well as his colleague that name I forgot (really sorry and my apologies), both of them vent over and beyond with there service.
We have used them few times, never went anywhere else as the price, service and how fast and easy everything was there are our First Choice.
I have there contact number until today and always when we need a car there always able to sort The Best Option and Value for Money for us.

la macchina perdeva olio e dopo un po' si è accesa la spia dell'olio. Ho rimboccato io 2 litri d'olio, ho chiesto il rimborso, tante volte, tanto sbattimento, fino ad oggi non mi è arrivato nulla. La solita tattica che ti prendono per esaurimento.

This is the absolute worst company you could possibly ever rent a car from. It took me six months to get my deposit back and they didn't willingly give it my bank had to file a claim against them. They repeatedly hung up on me. They gave me a car with a broken side mirror. They lied about everything. They bait and switched the price and tried to force me to pay their expensive insurance. Otherwise I had to pay a $2000 deposit which I did and they didn't ever wanna give it back. They didn't let me see the documents in the contract until after I signed them they only gave me a signed pad to sign while the screen faced worker. NEVER AND I MEAN, NEVER RENT A CAR FROM HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Avoid U-Save, CarTrawler, and Ryanair! I rent cars all over Europe and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They claim their office is a 7-minute ride, but if you miss their shuttle bus, it easily takes 30 minutes to get there, which can easily make you miss your flight. They have zero flexibility and won't let you return the car earlier outside their exact hours, unlike normal rental companies. Instead, they try to force you into buying their extra £300 insurance. If you refuse, they just keep your money, cancel everything, and tell you to clear it up with Ryanair. Total scam and horrible service, stay far away from them!Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify what actually happened. I had already purchased full insurance in advance, yet the desk staff spent 30 minutes very insistently trying to sell me their own extra insurance for £300. I was travelling with my two small children, so keeping us waiting for half an hour just to push unwanted add-ons caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. Furthermore, there was no clear prior notice that the car could only be returned strictly during office hours, which created major issues with the shuttle timing.

Le responsable m'a livré le véhicule sans carburant (réservoir au rouge). Je n'ai pas pu atteindre la 1ère station pour remettre du gasoil. Je suis donc tombé en panne à la sortie du l’aéroport. il fessait nuit, dans la nature et en couple. sans téléphone car je n'ai pas encore activé la carte sim locale. Je vous laisse imaginer la suite.

C'est une panne sèche. C'est votre agent qui m'a dépanné avec un bidon de 5 l de gasoil.

Esperienza molto positiva.
La ragazza al banco impeccabile, veloce nelle pratiche, spiegazioni precise e molto dettagliate per l'uscita e l'entrata del parcheggio.
Auto nuova, pratica e molto pulita.
Consiglio vivamente questa agenzia in Ancona per noleggiare.

Very quick and easy to pick up and return the car.

Reaching the site from the airport proved challenging because the van shuttle shares capacity with four or five other rental companies , restricting available seats. If I remember the driver’s account, the service runs from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. So if you have an early flight i would make plan for an uber to take you to the airport when dropping off the rental.If this is your first visit, expect some adjustment. Upon arrival, I assumed I would speak with a real person, but the interaction is with a virtual person from another site or states once I settled in, the process became straightforward.

The car was new and comfortable and easy to drive

The car was ok but the £2000 waver damage was unacceptable considering we had paid easyJet a waver.
It was just to try and sell you their damage waver insurance. Not expected but in the small print .
Next time I will not use this service
