We bought the Charm Bed 2.0 in king size, dark wood and grey. It's a great bed, and we're very happy with it.

We had a wonderful experience with Valyou! We previously purchased a sofa and two chairs but when we relocated recently we decided to order two additional pieces to create a sectional. The representative from Valyou was so helpful in putting our order together and answering any questions we had. Great communication. The order was delivered quickly and we are absolutely loving our new sectional! We have three animals and two kids so I was a little worried about the white covers, but they are so easy to clean!

Bought a couch from Valyou a few years ago, and they’ve unfortunately fumbled every step of the process:

1) extended delay in shipment with no emails or other updates, forcing me to keep circling back. Instead of offering any kind of partial refund for the delay they added on a 5-year protection plan from a company called Mulberry

2) Eventually delivered, but the product itself is fairly low quality and experienced major discoloration after a few years

3) This discoloration is exactly the kind of thing covered by the protection plan, but Valyou support told me to reach out to Mulberry. I did so, only to find that Valyou had actually never delivered any funds to them and the warranty plan was purely imaginary

4) Now weeks have passed, and after continual follow-ups Valyou has done nothing to address the issue. They sell replacement covers on their site but they are expensive, $400! So I let them know to either send a set of covers or process an equivalent partial refund. Very straightforward and reasonable, but they seem to be trying to ignore the issue and hope that I’ll just disappear if they hold out long enough.

So today we escalate to the public reviews, BBB and TrustPilot in an attempt to move the needle on this. Valyou reps, if you’re reading this, please make it right and stop wasting my time!

For the time being I’d highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs and buying your furniture elsewhere.

I’ve been using this feather sofa for a year now, and I’m still very happy with it. It’s comfortable, looks great, and is really easy to clean, which is especially important for a family with kids!

The customer service has also been very helpful. I recently decided to order covers in another color to give the sofa a fresh, like-new look. The original covers are still looking great, so I’m gonna switch them out sometime when I feel like giving the room a little refresh.

Product quality is great and the experience, from ordering to delivery, was great as well. I love my couch. great discounts too, and the throw pillows are wonderful

I recently ordered the charm nightstand (which had a 50% discount) to go with the king size charm bed frame I purchased a few years ago. I was surprised how quickly the item arrived (within 1 week) and it was well packaged and easy to setup. The nightstand looks great with the bed frame and I’m happy with the purchase.

I am a repeat customer with Valyou Furniture. I just bought my second Charm bed. I knew exactly what I was getting, the color, the quality, etc and I was not disappointed.
Price is right, quality is great, delivery was exactly as promised.
Just a great experience and product over all.

The boneless couch was inexpensive and the Kids love it.

I would not recommend buying from VALYOU, especially if you expect their warranty to mean anything.

I’ve been trying to get a warranty claim resolved for a little over 9 weeks and have followed up time and time again. Despite all of my efforts, I’ve received little to no progress, poor communication, and no meaningful resolution.

A warranty is only valuable if the company stands behind it. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. At this point, I’m considering paying for the repair myself because it’s been easier than getting help through the warranty process.

The product itself is one thing, but customer service after the sale is what really matters. Based on my experience, VALYOU has fallen far short of the level of service I expected. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I hope the company improves its customer service and warranty process so future customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

“I was sent two sofas in the wrong fabric, through no fault of my own. Because of Valyou’s mistake, I paid $1,300 to have the sofas picked up from the port, assembled, later disassembled, and prepared for return. I submitted a receipt from the two workers who performed this work, but Valyou still refused to reimburse these expenses, citing company policy. They did refund the purchase price of the sofas, which I appreciate, but I was left out of pocket for costs that only arose because the wrong products were delivered. I hope the company reviews its policies so customers aren’t left paying for mistakes they didn’t make.” The cream leather was cheap looking and the seats were hard as a board!

Great experience! I love my couch. Great quality and great price. Fast delivery.

Easy check out process, fast shipping, quality product, and great customer service reps when we decided to purchase a headboard after already having purchased just the base.

The bed is better than I expected. It feels sturdy and the great quality. I wished the headboard came attached but cushiony nonetheless. Great bed!

I purchased furniture from Valyou Furniture for three different properties with total orders exceeding $25000.
The purchases included over ten bed frames, sofas, dining tables and additional home accessories.
The website looks great the designs are nice and prices are always presented as discounted.
However the actual quality of the products is average at best and in some cases below average.
Within less than two years two Charm beds completely collapsed to the floor.
One dining table broke.
The sofas while still looking fine visually lost all structural support and now sink badly.
I recently contacted the company for help because several beds literally broke.
To my surprise Valyou Furniture refused to help stating that their warranty is only one year and my purchase was just two months outside the warranty period so they would not offer any support.
A piece of furniture meant for daily use especially at this price point offering only a one year warranty raises serious questions.
What does that say about the companys confidence in its own products.

The bed frame was easy for me to put together by myself and works great. I love the look and color of the wood. Valyou furniture was also very responsive when I had questions about my delivery and quickly solved all of my problems.

I purchased The 5th Open Sectional from Valyou in orange, and overall I’m really happy with it. The color is bold and vibrant—exactly what I was hoping for—and it instantly became the statement piece of my living room. The modern, open sectional design feels current and pairs well with a clean, minimalist space.

Comfort-wise, the sectional is solid. It’s supportive enough for everyday lounging, movie nights, and having guests over, though it’s not overly plush. The cushions hold their shape well, which I appreciate, and the overall build feels sturdy and thoughtfully designed.

That said, there are a few small things keeping it from a full 5 stars. The firmness may not be ideal for everyone who prefers a super-soft, sink-in feel, and the fabric—while beautiful—requires a bit of care to keep it looking pristine, especially in such a bright color.

Overall, The 5th Open Sectional is a great-looking, well-made piece that delivers on style and functionality. If you’re looking for a modern sectional with personality and don’t mind a slightly firmer seat, this is a great choice.

I was able to make a purchase by chatting someone even though the website said the item was out of stock. It was a very smooth experience. Package arrived in good condition. Bed frame is good quality. Great customer service. I would recommend buying from Valyou.

Reached out to the company beforehand with questions about the products. They were able to resolve all my questions. The Charm 2.0 bed frame and nightstands shipped within one week. They were very easy to assemble and so far I've been very pleased. One note is in the comparison video between the Charm and Thuma is the Charm makes a thunk sound. To date no sounds from the charm it has been very sturdy.
