I have purchased furniture from Valyou before and am happy to share that the quality is still great. I was surprised to know that they are now under new ownership but I am glad that this new owner is still working hard to keep the quality alive.

The Valyou customer service has been prompt and very helpful. The new customer coupon was not working for me during checkout so I reached out to their support and they immediately sent me a working discount link. Delivery went smoothly with accurate tracking and the couch was exactly as described.

I had been looking for a couch for over a year and when I first went to Valyou’s website what I wanted was sold out. I called and sent an email asking for more details. I got a response via phone and the person was incredibly helpful and informative. I made my purchase immediately after online. I also even got a follow up email response too. If what you see isn’t in stock, message them and they’ll check to see when it’s expected to be back in, don’t assume it’s never coming back.

The delivery was scheduled quickly and it arrived the day it was scheduled. Removing packaging was easy and the 5th closed sectional really is even MORE comfortable than it looks!

I love my new couch so comfortable and stylish! It’s very hard to pick a couch on internet without even trying it but it did not disappoint. My living room is kinda small and it was hard to find a couch where I could lay my legs fully but not too big length wise. I also get the 2 years warranty cause I have a dog didn’t get to use it yet but let’s see !

I purchased the Charm 2.0 (king-size), headboard and night stands. I was so happy with the bed that I ordered a second one a few months later (queen-size) for a guest bedroom. Both orders arrived in good shape (the boxes were shipped/delivered with care). The set-up was quick and easy, and the beds are very sturdy.
