Great Service
We recently used Van Compare Direct to arrange insurance for my daughterâs newly purchased van, and the service we received from Ben Roebuck was absolutely outstanding.
My daughter and I called Ben at around 4.30pm while we were waiting outside the garage for the owner to arrive and show us a van we were interested in buying. From the very start, Ben was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. He took the time to go through all of the options with us, explain the different levels of cover and answer every question we had. He also helped us add my daughterâs boyfriend to the policy and made sure everything was arranged correctly.
What really impressed us was how straightforward and transparent Ben was. He gave us clear prices for the different options available and worked hard to find the best deal possible for our circumstances. There was no pressure, no confusing jargon and no messing about â just honest, helpful advice and excellent customer service.
At 5pm, the garage owner arrived to show us the van and we still hadnât decided whether we were going to buy it. Ben was actually due to finish work at 5pm, but instead of rushing us, he told us not to worry and offered to call us back once we had viewed the van and made our decision.
True to his word, he rang back later as promised. By then we had decided to go ahead with the purchase, and Ben sorted everything out quickly and efficiently so that the insurance was in place without any stress or hassle.
Nothing was too much trouble. Ben went above and beyond to help us, even staying on past the end of his working day to make sure everything was sorted. He genuinely made the whole experience easy and enjoyable at what could have been a stressful time.
A huge thank you to Ben. We wouldnât hesitate to recommend Van Compare Direct and will definitely use them again in the future.
