I had a very disappointing experience with Van Compare Direct. The information provided during the quote process was unclear, and I found the customer service difficult to deal with when I needed assistance. Response times were slow, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.
The pricing also ended up being higher than I initially expected, with additional costs that were not clearly explained upfront. Overall, the process was frustrating and lacked transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Van Compare Direct and will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Total sham/scam..
Total sham/scam... went through the online quoting.. found an ok but somewhat slightly higher policy than I would of liked .. went through the payment system plus set up direct debit to paid for.. Then.... Wait for the next bit... to see your documents install our app... ok... to get the policy up on your screen click this button for the magic link... ok... to get your policy up and running call us to validate.. ok... Oh hi just to let you know we might have to increase the costs and blah blah blah.. really... So you took my deposit and now hold me to ransom with a possible strike as either void or cancelled or declined insurance on my record.. 130 quid out of pocket... 30 mins on the phone to listen to some bell end trying to be my friend.. im not your mate ... you are part of the scam/sham...Avoid this bunch of clowns..Rant over.. have a good one ppl of the genuine world..

Terrible,avoid like the plague
Terrible, basically scammers,it's just an Aviva policy with a huge mark up,my van was 700 pounds,when I was trying to cancel the policy I accidentally pressed quote button and it was suddenly 500,also it takes about 3 day of phone calls to speak to a human,it just fobbs you off and hangs up on you I cannot stress enough,stay with the big names and avoid this horrendous bunch of numpties.
