Wenn Ihr hier einkauft, dann nur Markenprodukte mit bekannter Qualität.

Ich hatte Fenster von unbekanntem Hersteller mit top Bewertung gekauft, leider lassen sich diese nicht einbauen alles wackelt und hat Luft. Die mitglieferten Schrauen entweder zu lang oder zu kurz.

Die "Express"Lieferung hat sage und schreibe 6 Tage gedauert.

J ai fait une commande pour 2 baies avec pack sika pour les 2.
Je n ai reçu à ce jour (15 après la commande) que 1 baies et encore il manquait les 2/3 du pack sika.
Pas de notice alors que c est obligatoire en France (détaillés des pièces etc).
Il refuse me m envoyer ce que j ai commandé dans le pack sika alors que je l ai payé (photo a l appui) discution il y a 3 jours.
Sur la page suivi, c est marqué livré pour la seconde mais quand on va sur le site dhl c est marqué qu il n est pas pris en charge.
Il est impossible de les joindre par téléphone (répondeur disant qu il sont débordé), chat personne ne répond depuis 3jours et les mails jamais eu de réponse.
Je demande à être rappelé mais là encore rien n y fait
Je pense devoir aller directement sur place car j ai inamissible leur comportement vis à vis des clients.
Cela fait vraiment penser à un magasin fantôme.
Par contre j ai bien était débité de suite….
J ai mon fourgon complet a aménagé et la chose qui est clair, je commanderais plus jamais chez eux.
FUYEZ VITE. Pas sérieux du tout.

Ordine 3150 acquistato una finestra, aperto una pratica di reso, rispedito il prodotto al mittente. Lo hanno ricevuto e non ho più avuto nessuna risposta e nessun rimborso. 280€ persi!

Il 2 Gennaio ho ordinato e pagato una finestra che risultava (e risulta tuttora) disponibile con consegna immediata, non è mai arrivata ne la finestra ne il rimborso.

Hi I ordered a skylight from van life store bought on there web site the same skylight that was ripped off in a storm we had in cornwall to match the other skylight in the van which was advertised on there web site with pictures to match mine.
2 days later was told it was in stock like the web site said so I said I would wait because I wanted the skylight to match my other one so a week and a bit later it’s getting delivered now I then received a scam email asking for more money for the company Gls to deliver would be a customs charge of £56.40 that needed to be paid before delivery so I left it because I didn’t know what to do and didn’t want to pay any more money I contacted the company and they said it was a customs charge and not there problem and then the skylight turned up with out paying the custom charges
Then opening the skylight it was not the one I ordered from there web site so contacted them of which I was told it was a new skylight as they can’t get the one I ordered I was not told of this in the beginning when I was first contacted should have been told these details and I would have bought else where and now are not responding to my messages just said return it at my expense of £24.00
