Beste Lita,

Wij kennen het probleem daar en vinden het absoluut ook heel vervelend dat je dit moet ervaren. Uiteraard zullen wij vandaag nog een melding maken naar de beheerder, die deze zaken voor de verhuurder/eigenaar in orde moet maken.

Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de verhuur van de woningen en het complexmanagement. De uitvoering van de liften ligt niet bij ons, maar bij de liftmonteurs, #ISA Vastgoedmanagement en de verhuurder. Wij hopen dan ook dat je in dat licht begrijpt dat deze review eigenlijk niet voor ons bestemd is.

We hebben je aanvullende gegevens opgevraagd, zodat we met je in contact kunnen komen.

UPDATE 24-04: beste Lita, het opgegeven referentienummer klopt niet en je hebt geen contactgegevens gedeeld, dus kunnen we ook niet in contact komen met je. Zoals eerder aangegeven is datgene wat je beschrijft geen onderdeel van ons werk en moet je dus bij ISA vastgoedmanagement en/of de verhuurder zijn. Wij hechten veel waarde aan klantrelaties en doen er juist alles aan om goed werk te leveren.

PS: door onze extra inzet zijn alle liften alsnog z.s.m. in orde gemaakt!
