Both Tallula and Annice were great
Both Tallula and Annice were great. Everything was explained as necessary and both were on time for any arranged meeting.
I am not the best with my phone but nothing was too much trouble their patients was much appreciated.

Excellent Service Once More!
Just had my eighth Honda from Vertu and the experience was every bit as good as the previous seven occasions. All the staff at Nottingham are friendly, welcoming and honest - qualities that you don't always get when buying a car! I must give a special shout-out to Sam Whitehead who looked after me on this occasion. Sam was excellent throughout the entire process, as he provided regular updates and clearly explained each stage. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was a fantastic representative for Vertu Honda. The service given by Sam and others means that I will be looking for Honda number nine in the next few years!

Helpful salesman.
Our salesperson Damien was very helpful, printed off paperwork for us and agreed to deliver the car. However, the second key to the car did not work, which was not discovered until after delivery. I made two visits and two phonecalls before it was sorted out. Apart from this it would be five stars.

Fantastic service from this agent
Fantastic service from this agent. The drop off was quick and easy. I was updated with the progress of my service and emailed a video of the health checks which were done on the vehicle.
I must also mention Sean - the lovely, pleasant, friendly advisor who fetched my car in the heavy rain and drove it to me. What a lovely man! Looking forward to coming back to this dealership again! ;-)

I wanted to write this review to express my sincere gratitude to two outstanding members of the Honda Vertu Nottingham team - Annice Dalton and Tallulah Whiting.
I recently upgraded my Audi A1 to a newer Ford Focus, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. Annice took the time to listen carefully to what I was looking for in my next car and went above and beyond to find the perfect match that met my needs and budget, without compromising on quality. Her professionalism and attention to detail really made the whole process memorable!
Tallulah was equally fantastic - she clearly explained every aspect of the finance process, making sure I understood all the details before finalising my purchase. Her communication skills and patience made the experience straightforward and stress-free, especially for someone like me who isn’t particularly knowledgeable about cars.
Thank you again to both Annice and Tallulah for making this such a positive experience. I’ve been a returning customer at Honda Nottingham for several years now, and it’s the exceptional staff that make this dealership what it is. Well done, team!
