Daniel en colleague were very helpful and speedy to find me a car exactly to my specification and budget. I had my heart set on a Honda Jazz and they did not persuade me to get something they had in stock. I only waited a few days for my car to come from Northumberland. Very good service from Vertu.

A smooth and quick transaction handled efficiently with both parties ending up satisfied with the eventual agreed deal (trade in / purchase).

The total transaction took just over 2 hours to accomplish!

I really enjoyed dealing with Virtue Honda again. Great service from Damien who was helpful in every way.
He was informative in a polite way.

After being truly messed around by another Nottingham car dealership, Honda was a breath of fresh air. Jack was a calm and reassuring sales person who we instantly had a lot of faith in- he was helpful and was wonderfully communicative during the process. The sales manager was really kind and couldn’t do enough to ensure the process was seamless for us. We are so happy with our new vehicle and are glad that we will be going back for our services as I know we will be treated with respect and kindness. I cannot recommend vertu Honda enough if you are considering a new car!

A great sales experience from first enquiry to collection.Sam made sure he looked after everything and was extremely helpful.

I had seen an Alfa Romeo online, and as it was newly added that day there were no photos yet. A simple phone call later to Sam at Vertu Honda Nottingham, I had a detailed video of the car made for me, and it clarified all of my questions. A quick call back and for the first time ever I reserved the car over the phone, partly as it was a 3 hour drive, but also I was very happy with the service already . Visiting the showroom the next day I was very pleased with the look of the car, Sam and I discussed the details and took a decent test drive, so all the aspects of the drive were checked. On return I was very happy to go ahead with the purchase. A bit of tidying was need (as I had viewed before it was prepped) and I then opted for the Autoglym Lifeshine to be added to the paint and interior .
On collection the following week I was picked up by Sam from the train station and then had my car unveiled to me, I was and am very pleased.
I highly rate Vertu Honda Nottingham, especially as I brought an Alfa Romeo from them in this case! Special Thanks to Sam Whitehead 👍

The paper work easy the unwrapping of the car special great then disappointed ☹️ two visible stone chips on bonnet stone chip side of car and a deep scratch on rear wheel plastic trim all unseen by the sale person who should have seen them and tried to rectify them before me picking up the car after all he kept sending me emails telling me of the progress I felt let down as long as they got a sale and then told in the hand over process he would have to go soon as he has another appointment bit deflated

Absolutely awful after sales support and customer service. Had my car since 1st July and still waiting to get it back. Very bad communication, nobody replies. Not a good experience 😕

I am very happy with my recent car purchase from Vertu Honda Nottingham. Barney, the sales person, was super helpful. He knew I was looking for a Toyota Yaris and when this one came in on a part exchange, he contacted me to let me know. Tom, his manager, was also very helpful in explaining the finance options available to me.
