I took my Car in for a tyre check up at…
I took my Car in for a tyre check up at Honda Truro and ended up ordering a brand new model thanks to the skills, knowledge and friendly manner of Kathryn !
I asked for some information and she came over.
She was so helpful explaining everything I needed to know. Not at all pushy.
When I went to collect the car it was hidden under
a black cover with a big red bow that I thought was a lovely touch.
The sale went through really well and Kathryn showed me all the technical operations on the car.
I can’t praise her enough for all her help and customer relationship even phoning me a few days later to see if I was happy with the car.
I am really pleased with the car and can recommend Vertu Truro.

Oscar was extremely informative, helpful and polite and spent sometime enquiring as to what we were looking for in new vehicle.
Picking up the car today we realised we made the right decision and we are extremely satisfied. We would recommend anyone to Honda for a new car.

Truro branch 10 out of 10
Vertu in Truro were the garage my insurance company trusted with my Audi after it was hit along the passenger side. The damage didn’t look that bad but actually required a lot of work including a new alloy.
I was kept up to date with the progress and Leah was lovely upon collection. Great service.

Upgrading car…
Very informative and there was plenty of time to ask any questions, not rushed in any way. Very relaxed atmosphere in the showroom and we were both made to feel very welcome by all staff, especially Alex who was very knowledgeable on the car that we were interested in.

We collected our new car from Vertu Truro yesterday ,and are very pleased with her .As always

What an amazing experience from start…
What an amazing experience from start to finish! A Honda Type R was never originally at the top of my list, but after arriving at Vertu Honda Truro, Oscar kindly arranged a test drive for me upon request — and I instantly fell in love with the car.
Oscar went above and beyond and managed to find one in the fleet all the way in Boston. Deposit down, deal struck, and incredibly, the very next day the car arrived in Cornwall ready for another drive. From that moment, I knew this was the one.
I’ve always loved the Type R, and although I didn’t buy one back in 2015, a little later in life this became my dream car… and now it’s finally my car!
I want to say a huge thank you to all of the team at Vertu Honda Truro, and especially Oscar, who was absolutely 100% throughout the entire experience. Fantastic customer service, genuine enthusiasm, and a truly memorable journey to owning my dream car. Can’t stop smiling!!!

Vertu Honda Truro was exceptional when I placed an order for a new CRV ePHEV. The team were all very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient with all the questions and matters arising. I placed the order with Megan Adams who I believe is a great asset to the team, nothing was ever too much trouble, she has a very pleasant manner and made the whole process a very pleasurable experience.

The car has been great, BUT!!!!
Toyota Yaris GR (Circuit Pack)
The car has been great, I will say though, I’m not that impressed with the condition I received it in.
The interior was grubby and dirty under the carpets, the paintwork and wheels had a rinse off at best with lots of dirt and road build up on the body and door shuts.
Although I enjoy keeping my vehicles clean myself, I would expect better for a 30k purchase.

Great customer experience at Honda Vertu, Truro
We were met by Oscar at the Vertu Honda dealership in Truro. He actually came out to meet us in the carpark, which was very impressive.
The team at Vertu were very welcoming and helpful.
There wasn't any pressure to purchase.
I would gladly recommend to others.
