I am a loyal customer to this branch of Vertu Honda. Their customer care and service has never given me a moments doubt or concern.
Whenever my car has gone in for a service or mot etc, the mechanic’s bodycam evidence of the work being carried out, was something I was able to view afterwards on an email, which was amazing. In truth, we all have to trust in the garage of our choice to carry out the required work on our vehicle , but how do we know what’s actually is been done? Whereas, Vertu gives you that evidence and that brings great reassurance and peace of mind.
The sales manager at this branch of Vertu Honda was very helpful and dedicated. He had the patience and skill to find me the vehicle and care package which was right for me the customer.
The new Skoda VRS is stunning, so thank you Vertu for your expertise.

I purchased my second Honda Jazz from Vertu Honda, my fourth vehicle from Rowes / Vertu. My experience from the Sales staff, notably Kathryn Mason, was professional, thorough and tailored to my individual requirements. This included a video of the vehicle, a clear explanation of my various options and an exciting unveiling of my new vehicle.

As I expected no contact from the management team about my last 1 star review.
I really don’t want to write another 1 star review.

Recently purchased a new Civic Sport (Hybrid) from Vertu Honda Truro and are delighted with the car. In particular, we would like to extend our thanks to Kathryn Mason in the Sales Department. She provided invaluable help and sound advice over the period from our initial meeting with her until we collected our new car, and the professional service we received from her was exemplary. Kathryn kept us fully appraised of the situation regarding our new car at all times and ensured the whole process ran smoothly. We would recommend Kathryn most highly, as well as Vertu Honda Truro themselves.

Wonderful experience buying a new (used) Honda Jazz from Vertu in Truro. My sales consultant was Kathryn Mason and she was superb! I can't sing her praises enough. She listened, and showed me the exact car that I needed and wanted. No wasted time, no effort on my part. I've never had such a smooth, effortless experience buying a car. She just made it such a personal and very pleasant experience.

I dealt with Megan at Honda Vertu Trispen , Cornwall. I was treated with kindness and courtesy at every point of the process of choosing a Honda Jazz Crosstar. I recommend this garage one hundred percent. It’s easy to find , just off the A30. It’s wonderful to meet people who do their best to help .

From when I ordered my new Honda HR-V on 7 August to collection day on 15 September everything went so smoothly thanks to Megan Adams at Vertu Honda Truro. My experience at Vertu Honda Truro was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the salesman to explain to a 83 year old woman. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in bearing in mind he had only been employed with them that week. He was a very presentable young man.

We wish to thank the staff at Truro who explained thoroughly about hybrids. I would also like to thank Kathryn, Andy and Eliot for having patience. Kathryn was very good at explaining the functions of the car we bought and I appreciated the test drive in a hybrid first.

I had not intended to purchase a car as I was already considering a car from a different showroom. I just wanted to compare with a similar one. The kindness and consideration shown to me was amazing and I ended up purchasing the car I test drove there.

Vertu Honda Truro found our perfect car. We had a Smart Fortwo and wanted to find an upgrade but wanted something a bit sporty, and keep the two seater coupe. I rang the branch and spoke to Kathryn Mason. She was a great help, and even sent us a personal video of the car we wanted, which was a Mini Cooper coupe. We visited Kathryn at the branch and she showed us around the car before taking it for a test drive. She even gave us a good price for our Smarty as a part exchange. The price of the Mini was very reasonable considering it's condition, which was mint. New tyres, a fresh service, and 12 months warranty at no extra cost. Kathryn kept in touch with us during the week and sorted all the necessary paperwork. She made buying our new car such a pleasurable experience. We will definitely ask for Kathryn again when we come to swap in our other car, and would recommend to our friends and family.

Bought our Honda Jazz from here. There was a great selection to choose from and they gave great service and advice. They made trading in our old car simple and went out of their way to deliver our new car when convenient for us.

Very pleased and will definitely be our first choice again.
