Exceptional experience.
Harriet welcomed us warmly and explained everything clearly then we went for a test drive.
Part exchanged our old car and all went smoothly.
Collected new car two days later prepped and valeted as promised.
Very happy with the car and the friendly reliable service given to us by Harriet.

Carlos Miranda made everything go smoothly. He was professional with attention to detail. But basically an all round likeable person easy to talk to and we feel we have got the best deal and the best car.

We have been customers of the Beaconsfield branch since 2006, and have always been satisfied with the personnel, and attention that we receive.

Ameeka the sales representative was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole purchase and after. All information was well explained and detailed the full handover pack we all printed and given. She made sure I was fully aware of all the functions of the vehicle before letting me drive off

I was going to write a lengthy explanation of all the issues I encountered from reception to sales to service and parts, but I’d only be repeating what numerous others have said.
Also, I note that every time a poor rating is given a standard reply is given by the garage, as follows, no doubt I’ll get the same! Absolutely no idea of how to treat customers!!
This will be their reply;
“Thank you for taking your time to leave this feedback. I am sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling in this way. We would like to investigate your concerns in more depth. If you could please send us an email to digitalcustomerexperience at vertumotors.com with some further information we can certainly have this looked into further for you. Please quote ref”

Fairly horrible experience. Seems all they want to do is extract money from you. To get through the service check in process you have to decline 5 or 6 options that are pretty transparently designed to charge you more for questionable value items. Having bought the car from here, under no circumstances would I ever transact with them again.

Fabulous service, darling — again!
This is the second car we’ve bought from the lovely Lee Hamer, and the third from Vertu Mercedes Beaconsfield — clearly, we’re gluttons for top-tier treatment and shiny German engineering.
Lee is an absolute star — super gay-friendly (a rare gem in the motoring world!), effortlessly fabulous, and patient enough to deal with us two queens dithering over colours and trim like we were choosing wallpaper for a powder room. He even made a proper fuss of our Westie, Teddy, who now believes he owns an EQC.
No pressure, no upselling nonsense — just a smooth, slick process with someone who actually listens and doesn’t flinch at a bit of sass.
If you want luxury cars and luxury treatment, Lee is your man. We’ll be back for car number four once Teddy demands an upgrade.

Would give no stars if I could. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had in a car showroom. Unbelievably bad customer service. Went in with the intention of buying a new car but no one could be bothered to talk to me. Asked them to open the car so I could check out the interior and they couldn’t even do that. Waited 10 mins and left. The grumpy receptionist has a bad attitude problem and urgently needs some customer service training.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to relate my experience this time.
I bought a mercedes a 250e saloon in October 2023, 2 months old, with 15 miles on the clock. The car first developed a fault 6 months later on 24th april 2024. Engine Management Light kept coming on, they would clear the fault code, Change a part or update, but it kept coming back on.
Since then the car has been in and out of 2 authorised mercedes dealers over 12 times with numerous parts changed and updates. Once they had the car in the workshop for 7 weeks. They tried for nearly a year but Mercedes and the dealers could not fix the fault. My Car had only done around 4000 miles it had been in the workshop so many times.
In March 2025 the selling dealer offered to part exchange the car, the only one they could find at the time. Mine was a 23 plate Bought 14th october 2023. The car they offered was a 24 plate 13th June 2024 with similar mileage. They wanted an extra £7000 to replace a car they could not repair.
Through negotiations we went from £7000 to £3000. This was only because i had to show them on the mercedes used car website what other similar cars were selling for. Explanation for that was from an email that was sent to me (They have clarified that the price difference in the part exchange was due to the initial pricing statement being an approximation during preliminary discussions before you viewed the car. This explains why the original quote was £7,000, which was later adjusted to £3,000.) So they overpriced the car by £4500. I am only glad I checked the pricing myself otherwise I would be £4500 out of pocket.
Right or wrong I feel if a car can't be repaired, replace it or money back. It was only 6 months old.
I have no complaints about the staff or the replacement
Car. They were always courteous and polite, just the outcome, £3000 to replace a car they couldn't repair.
I have emails and workshop records to verify everything in this review.
