Thanks to all the guys especially Ashley. Brilliant service really can not ask for more from Ashley . He made my trip more than worth while and had a fantastic journey through out the process from buying from vertu Mercedes of beaconsfield. This is the best place to go to. My experience at Beaconsfield Mercedes has always been great. The staff are professional, friendly and work from their heart. Their service has always been the best and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. They’ve always given the best service to my car and I feel safe to bring my car here without any hesitation.

Ashley and Lee where brilliant
Ashley and Lee where brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble in meeting our requirements. I can honestly say that was the best customer service of car sales I have ever received. Thankyou so much I have a very happy wife who loves her smart car.

Great service from Luke at Vertu, Beaconsfield. Initial telephone enquiry led to a visit. No pressure, just great service, interested staff who knew the cars and a varied test drive on different categories of road. Harriet was tenacious in our dealings with her. She strived to meet our expectations and delivered a quality service with charm and efficiency. On meeting, she was friendly and open. We walked (or rather drove!) away very happy. Excellent sales and service.

Excellent support from Harriet at Mercedes-Benz of Beaconsfield
We’ve just bought a nearly-new Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Beaconsfield and had an excellent experience. Harriet Bewicke looked after us throughout and did a brilliant job — she was attentive, organised, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain all the features clearly and patiently, which made a real difference and gave us confidence with the car from day one.
Thanks also to Ian, the manager, for his support in the background, but it was Harriet’s professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach that really stood out.

Really responsive service
Very quick process from decision through to delivery. Harriet in sales was a very responsive and professional. No heavy sales process. Handover was efficient and John in service was excellent also. This is the second Mercedes that we have owned. Really good cars, not the cheapest but the service quality from Vertu in Beaconsfield is really important to us.

Stewart Jackson, Senior Sales Assistant was just so informative and helpful throughout the whole process! I never felt at any point that I was being directed down a particular buying route. Stewart just showed me everything I was interested in seeing, with lots of information added in. It led me to buy the most beautiful new GLC. The handover experience was so informative and not rushed, which kept me calm! Love it!! love it! love it! Thank you Stewart and thank you Mercedes for a beautiful car!!
