This is the second visit to Mercedes in Beaconsfield and the second time not one person acknowledged me. I was there 15-20mins walking around the showroom as I am looking to purchase a car. But thanks to their dismissive response I have taken my business to Audi who did acknowledge me immediately.

Worst car buying experience ever! I would advise against buying any car from this dealership, once you leave the showroom none of the agreements are honored! You could just as easily buy the same car through FB marketpleace and save a few hundred £!!!

I have a very bad experience with the Mercedes Benz of Beaconsfield and I wish I have never bought a used car from them, they did dual service plan on the car and I was paying £188 for service plan on the car for three months and I had to ask the bank for charge back, they will sell you the dream which I gonna turn into nightmare after you leave the showroom.

This is my favourite Mercedes dealership. Very friendly knowledgeable team and nice atmosphere. Big thanks to Gary Cornish who was very helpful, polite and patient. He took the time to talk through my requirements and source a car for a test drive.

I have booked my GLE for a service A and after the service was done and I have peeked my car it was full of mud on both thresholds and on the inside matts. I have told them about this and they offered to clean it. I have dropped the car for them to clean after two days, waited 30 min for them to bring the car back with the mud still on it. Absolutely disgusted with this and totally unprofessional. The manager said that cleaning the thresholds it not included in the clean services they offer. But in the car service they provide it is acceptable to peek your car full of mud after you pay £470 . Absolutely unacceptable and outrageous behaviour and services you guys provide in Beaconsfield. I have been doing my car services there for 7 years and do not plan to go there ever again.

Following a good overall sales experience, I was left very disappointed and upset when my car went in for a parking sensor issue days after purchase and was returned with some horrible deep scratches in both the front passenger window, windscreen and black panelling. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice them until I took the car out a couple of days later and it was a sunny day. I can only assume that this happened when the car was cleaned after the repair and there was some grit or something in whatever cloth was used to clean the glass. , I returned the car again, but was met with complete denial about this happening and it was put down to perhaps someone with a handbag brushing past my car!? Not sure people walk round with objects sharp enough to gouge someone’s car glass and windscreen, but needless to say, neither myself or my husband will be bringing our Mercedes back here for any servicing 😔

Disappointing Service Experience at Vertu Mercedes Beaconsfield.
I bought a brand new A Class in 2021, which has been great overall. However, I was not informed about a safety recall.
When I booked the car for its 2024 service, prompted by an email reminder from Mercedes Beaconsfield, I received a call at nearly 6pm the evening before the scheduled service, informing me they couldn't perform the service as it was too early under my service plan.
I had already arranged to leave the car there at 8am, planned a day off work, and was told they couldn't provide a courtesy car. This last-minute cancellation forced me to rebook the entire service and the safety recall, causing significant inconvenience and loss of money as I had to cancel work appointments.
Mercedes Beaconsfield's lack of communication and organisation was disappointing. They need to improve their customer service and scheduling processes to avoid such issues in the future.

I had my Mercedes A180 serviced with MOT yesterday at Vertu in Beaconsfield. The service I received was outstanding from Julianne on reception, to Ameeka Mediratta, who sold me the car last year, and to Shay Ahmed who answered a few questions about the complex digital technology. My thanks also to Jim and all the service team who were brilliant. My car was returned beautifully valeted. I was also able to work - with coffee on tap - whilst waiting for completion of the service. Thank you Vertu. Peter Taylor

We took our Mercedes g wagon here after the exhaust and Catholic converters stolen from Heathrow airport. They couldn’t get all the parts after we had paid £8000 out then charge us £795 each side to fit the exhausts that we had to get as they could get one side. Then they charged us £1600 for a catalytic converter they we could not return as it was ordered and we are stuck with it now. We also got the people arrested that took our exhaust and they went to court last week but the mechanic that witnessed that the brackets matched and it was our exhaust fail twice to turn up to court to give evidence resulting in the person getting away with it. Found them the whole service disappointing let down by this garage and the staff rude to hand us a catalytic converter over at the front desk and told us we would have to sell it our selves.after seeing more bad reviews left we felt we had to leave this review.

I would like to highly recommend the Bodyshop at Beaconsfield and in particular Ash. I had the misfortune of having my car written off ‘Total Loss’ and without the support and intervention of Ash I would have never got this resolved. Outstanding service given by him and way beyond his remit. I have also had to use this Bodyshop previously and the standard of work and professionalism is what ‘Good Looks’ like.

Been going to mercedes for 10 years. Beaconsfield franchise are a bunch of crooks. Avoid using them. If it sales they will love you, i.e car or servicing. If its a issue or repair they fob you off to other branches if you had previous interaction due there own cost centres even though they owned by the same owners at Vertu. Been a mercesdes customer for over 10 years. Every time my car went to Beaconsfield, it came back with a fault of some sort, either someone has damaged it. They then make you pay thousands of pounds to fix it and still don't fix the problems. They will make you fix random parts knowing you don't have a clue and will try up sell squeeze money as they know mercesdes has a good brand name. Jim the service guy, doesn't listen to customers at all, fobs ppl off, doesn't understand basic communication and has poor customer service. They make stuff up without checking history of cars and are very rude. They usually then fill the ears of the service manager who also doesn't help when you complain, clueless Example.. You got a problem who was fixed by mercesdes but at another branch. They expect you to do new business with them and fix ur problems with the different branch instead. Imagine you had a fix at new castle but we're 500 miles away, would mercesdes expect you to travel back 500 miles. They stated to me my car has problems but i should just pick it up and leave. No offer to check, no diagnostic offer, but happily charged me 500-700 to service it. Avoid Them! They often forget, without customers they would be in no jobs. You can't trust dealers these days, it's a sad reality. John the service manager has no clue either on how to deal with customers to solve issues. Instead of wasting time with this branch you will end up wanting to take them to court. Save your money and go elsewhere to someone more trusted.

Bunch of liars , got sent there by the insurance company after a Road Traffic accident for repairs and before carrying any repair they had to carry out a geometry check to see if there was any damage to the steering or suspension, they took two weeks to do this no communication whatsoever with the customer, always with excuses that they were busy with other customers (will be in touch later) and when pressured for updates they just decided to make it quick and give my car a total loss by claiming false damages, making the value of the repairs exceeded the car value all because they told us that they found damage to the suspension and for that reason the car needed a steering rack and suspension components when I told them from the start that there was no major issues with steering/suspension.
Today when I went to get my car back to take it to a different Bodyshop, once again long time waiting to be served and the gentleman brought me a disclaimer form for me to sign where it said that they tried to carry out the geometry and they’re unable to adjust the steering due to being damaged. So right after leaving Vertu Mercedes Benz I took the car directly to specialist to carry out the four wheel alignment to confirm if what Mercedes told me and the insurance engineer was right, I showed the wheel alignment technician the copy of the disclaimer and he’s reaction was to laugh as he straight away said no one touched the vehicle tracking rod ends because there’s no marks of any adjustments being done and I explained to him that Mercedes wanted to give my car a total loss because the steering rack and its components needed replacement due to being damaged. He carried out the four wheel alignment without any issues the car now drives perfectly. All I wanted was the bodywork to be repaired but maybe they only want to repair new fancy cars and mine is a 10 year old Mercedes C250cgi amg sport estate so too old. Never thought I would have to miss days of work and go through all the stress to get my car repaired and it was non fault accident.
Very poor customer service and non responsible management service

My elderly mother in her eighties has had a poor experience with her Mercedes B-Class at Beaconsfield Mercedes (Vertu). Both the dealership and Mercedes-Benz UK head office were unsympathetic. The car had only done 30,000 miles and was bought new at this dealership. After spending over £2,500 just on investigations, it was sold to an 'auto recycling' firm at a huge loss. Personally I wouldn't recommend either buying or servicing at Beaconsfield Mercedes and have to question buying Mercedes at all. It took the dealership three weeks to provide a courtesy car and a month for Mercedes-Benz UK to reply to the complaint logged with them.
