Recently purchased a new Skoda Fabia…
Recently purchased a new Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo from Vertu Skoda Chesterfield. Excellent service from start to finish. When I told salesman Scott this would be my first automatic he took me out for a drive in one of their vehicles to get a feel for it. This is my third Skoda. All have been more or less trouble free. Scott answered all my questions and came up witha suitable deal. First class service throughout.

Completely stress free
Susan made the whole experience so easy! Love the new car and highly recommend vertu motors, chesterfield, specifically Susan for sorting everything out. It was hassle and stress free from start to finish!

Yet again first rate service from the…
Yet again first rate service from the sales department. They were able to supply a vehicle that had all the specification that I required and all within 2 weeks of visiting the dealership
I'm a bit of a technophobe and do not have access to a computer . Rob was able to sort out all the on line forms for me. The handing over procedure was very informative with all controls on the car explained
At no time was I pressured into purchasing any extras.
Also told that I could contact them at anytime if I had any problems.
Overall a very good service. Hence the reason for being a customer for over 12 years

Super salesman at Skoda Chesterfield.
Car salesman can often be tarred with the same brush as being pushy and sales driven but my experience with salesman Antony Brown at Vertu Skoda in Chesterfield was nothing but impeccable from start to finish. I was buying a second hand Mitsubishi and was given his total attention throughout the sales process. It was a refreshing experience throughout so thank you Antony Brown your manner was refreshing.

They were very busy and we were a bit…
They were very busy and we were a bit late due to traffic. We were met and made comfortable with a coffee as soon as as we arrived..
We were there a bit longer than usual but as I said they were very busy.

Courtney, who I dealt with at Vertu was helpful and knowledgeable throughout. A personal issue arose which could have adversely affected the purchase, but it was able to be overcome by her and Vertu's understanding and willingness to be flexible with arrangements. Thank you for a professional and courteous job!

We’ve used this dealer several times and feel we’ve always had a great deal with excellent service. The dealer values our custom and helps us find the deal we want. The salesman has always been in regular contact throughout our purchases, keeping us up to date along the way. We will no doubt, return for another experience in the future. High quality service and product
Ant Brown was absolutely spot on. His attention to detail was second to none.He made the whole process a great experience, helping us to make the choice that was right for us. He was approachable we liked his quiet manner, he managed and explained the whole process effectively and efficiently. The showroom environment was good, it was easy to look at the different models and get a feel for what matched the car we were losing. We were having nightmare with insurance, repairers etc and described our experience of engaging with Ant and Vertu as being a haven

I have received a first class service from the minute I walked into the showroom and sitting down with Scott, to the journey through to picking up my car, couldn't have asked for anything else, a pleasure dealing with him and Vertu Skoda.

The car is just as described , it was absolutely stunning condition!
Was valeted correctly ( not many garages even bother )
I turned down 2 cars before this one an took salesman’s word it was like new - it was , couldn’t find a mark anywhere on car , it was serviced before collection as promised with print out service history left for me. Tbh everything salesman said he would do he did .
I genuinely believe I got the best GTD in uk

Excellent Experience
The car purchased was bought as a surprise to be collected on Xmas eve. Our salesman Rob did an excellent job of going along with the surprise, and had everything ready on Xmas eve.
We love the car and would highly recommend Vertu Skoda Chesterfield and Rob.

I visited a few times before choosing, each time I spoke to someone different they all gave me their honest opinion and the vehicle that matched my needs. I also did my own research and agreed and opted for a Kodiaq.
They wanted to match to my needs to not the price tag.
