The best experience and service!
I was unsure what to expect this time when going to look for a car as it was my first time choosing a motability car. Everything was explained to me, I was given the time to choose the right car for me and I was given support with the process. The whole experience was professional and easy. Anthony, Rob and Rich were all friendly and helpful, I would recommend the service to everyone. Thank you!

"Above and Beyond"
Where to start!
After visiting several car sales showrooms in the Midlands in the past few weeks,and being disappointed by the poor and unappealing service of many, it was an incredibly refreshing change to come upon Skoda Vertu in Chesterfield and their conscientious Team.
From the very beginning of my contact with young Mr Scott Yates, I received a very friendly and professional service. I would go as far as saying "above and beyond"
This ethos of excellent customer service, is a credit to Vertu Motors, and I can only thank Scott, who took me through the process, and his Team who prepared the vehicle to such a high standard.

VIP means Very IGNORED People.
My wife and I received a 'VIP' invitation to a 'VIP' event. I even received a call when I was still on holiday inviting us to their 'VIP' event. We turned up and were totally ignored. They didn't even have a receptionist or someone to say, 'Hello'. After standing around like lemons for about 45 mins, we left. We bought a car at Rainworth Skoda instead. We were welcomed immediately. If you want a Skoda, don't waste your time and fuel going to Chesterfield.
