Terrible customer service …
Terrible customer service from the Service Team and Customer Service agent whom became verbally aggressive when I complained. Told various dubious things about the condition of my car, had it for 2 weeks and still not resolved a parking sensor! No Manager would come to the phone to deal with my complaint as they were all too busy with potential ‘new’ customers. The whole experience has left me feeling utterly applauded by their attitude! I’d recommend you find another VW dealer than risk their incompetence and arrogance

When looking for a used car, Josh Barnes was very helpful, providing thorough knowledge of all of the models I was interested in. He took time to reply to my emails promptly and courteously and showed great patience when I visited the branch. He is an asset to the branch and VW. If visiting for a used car, ask for Josh.

The process was easy from start to finish. Didn't have to book a test drive and come back, as we did that on the same day.
The salesperson was good to work with. Explained the process, options etc. and kept us informed all the way through.

Purchased a used Passat Estate

The experience of buying my new car was really good. I knew what I was looking for and Joshua was able to attend to my specific car needs especially with me being picky. The car is perfect and the communication and customer service I have had from Joshua and the Volkswagen team has been really good! Would definitely recommend

Friendly, Efficient and Thorough
A delightful experience changing my vehicle for e new one under a PCP. Sales team and in particular Megan were so easy to deal with. Very responsive and friendly. Car hand over was ultra smooth and a pleasant one.

Great sales service
I’ve been buying my cars from Vertu VW in West Bridgford for the last 10 years. That fact alone says it all- I keep going back! David Rothwell from the sales team has sold me my last four cars and has delivered consistently excellent customer service. He explains everything clearly and ensures me a problem free sales transaction - every time! David is willing to go the extra mile - he is pleasant, friendly and knowledgable and I would not hesitate to recommend his expertise to other customers.

Vertu VW Nottingham South
We were given immediate attention when arriving at the show room (even though they weren't aware of my centralised booking).
Evie talked us through the options and we came to an acceptable arrangement regarding the part exchange of my existing car under the VW finance arrangement.
Evie subsequently kept me informed of progress (regarding delivery of the car) and the entire transaction was completed within 14 days.

I had a good test drive. He was helpful and efficient and did everything he said he would, regarding things like a full MOT and road tax and getting the car ready. I am reassured that I can go back to him with any teething problems.

First-class service…
Saw the perfect used car online at Vertu Nottingham South and called them. From that moment on I received a superb level of service, particularly it was not possible for me to come and see the car in person. Steve Morgan could not do enough to assist me and provided excellent personalised videos of the car and took the time on the phone to furnish me with all the information I required and answer all my questions. He organised delivery of the car to my home and I was delighted. A first-class service all round from Vertu. I can highly recommend these guys.
