I had a great car-buying experience. Ryan, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and passionate about his work. He provided clear, detailed explanations, was very well organized, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and preparation throughout the entire process.

The manager, Chris, was also very helpful and genuinely tried to provide as much benefit to the customer as possible. He took the time to make sure everything worked out in the best way for me.

Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I highly recommend working with Ryan and Chris.

A completely faultless experience. The team were amazing from start to finish. Paul Boyd was so professional and friendly - he made the whole process so simple. Ryan, who was there to handover my car (Paul had fully briefed him) was fantastic too. He explained everything I needed to know and could not have been more helpful when I asked the daft questions. I cannot thank them enough and would loved to have rated 20 out of 5. Everyone we spoke with at Vertu West Bridgford whether on the phone or in person were so lovely and helpful. I recently bought a new VW ID7 from Vertu in West Bridgford. From my first contact with them they were helpful and informative. Evie, Chris and Ryan were all excellent and made the whole process easy and a pleasure. I would recommend them.

Helpful knowledgeable friendly sales staff

From start to finish our experience was terrible - they left us waiting for a response because someone went on holiday and didn't hand our case over. When the car service was complete, the person contacting us "called the wrong number all day" and we weren't able to make it before they closed, which cost us £30 in pointless taxis. I was on the phone with them to request someone to wait 7 minutes to allow us to pick up the car, as it was their mistake, and was hung up on and unable to get back through. We arrived 7 minutes late, thanks to their error, to find no one there.

Cost us money, cost us time, and now we don't have a car because of their incompetence. Please avoid at all costs, we will be filing an official complaint.

Megan was absolutely fab from start to finish, she kept me well informed during the whole ordering time frames of my car being delivered, made sure everything was set up for me on collection and went above and beyond to make sure I was fully sorted before I left with the car. She took time to explain everything and made me feel so at ease.

This is the second car we have bought from VW Nottingham South within a year. The service we received from Matt at the branch last year was so good, we asked for him specifically this time, and he was just as informative and thorough this time around. We received an offer on our part exchange that felt fair, and secured a car that’s perfect for our needs.

Terrible very slow to respond and not very customer friendly

Great dealership, really good sales person made the buying experience very easy and successful.

The whole experience was very relaxed and enjoyable. There were no pressure sales tactics and the team were very friendly and helpful.

I took my car to this garage on Friday 31st October to have my car diagnosed after it had developed a fault with the electric windows. After waiting over 4hrs I was told my car required a new window control panel that they would have to order in. I was told they would contact me in a few days to book my car in to have the work done.
After 6 days of waiting for a call I decided to contact them, I spoke to Sarah in the service department and she told me the part would no be in until Monday November 10th. I didn’t believe her so after several minutes of her arguing with me she said she would call me back with a time to bring my car in the next day. After waiting over 4hrs for her to call I decided to call her. After calling the garage 23 times with no response I decided to drive 30 minutes to the dealership to speak to Sarah person , when I arrived she didn’t seem at all bothered that I had driven in to sort it out because she couldn’t be bothered to do her job.
I asked to speak to the service manager ( Tom) who said it was unexceptionable that I’d been treated like this and when I bring my car in he’d come and see me.
I took my car in on the Friday morning and Tom was nowhere to be seen and when my car was fixed they couldn’t even tell me it was ready.
This is the worst garage I’ve ever been to and Tom and Sarah need retraining or moved to an other position where they don’t deal with the public.
And before someone from the Vertu VW respond with a empty apology please don’t waste your time
You’ve had lots of negative feedback but you don’t do anything to change the way your service staff treat your customers.

The whole experience from beginning to end has been excellent. Krupa was excellent at looking after us. She was very patient with all our questions & e mails! I would definitely recommend buying your car from here!

Well where do I start! Larry at Nottingham South VW is just wonderful 🤩 my daughter was ready to purchase her ‘next’ car and I absolutely knew Larry was the right guy to guide her. Completely genuine and no pressure at all, taking the time to explain everything in order to find the right vehicle and the right plan. My daughter felt completely at ease and Larry understood her requests and resulting in finding her the ‘perfect car’. Larry you really looked after us and we can’t thank you enough!
