Ca timp de livrare, acceptabil,pt că nu eram grăbit in achiziția produsului

Vă mulțumesc că v-ați făcut timp să împărtășiți experiența dumneavoastră. Îmi pare sincer rău să citesc că produsul nu a fost la nivelul așteptărilor și că montajul v-a creat dificultăți.
V-am contactat deja prin email, deoarece mi-aș dori să înțeleg mai bine situația și problemele întâmpinate.

Sunt foarte mulțumită de jaluzele! Produsele corespund cu descrierea și imaginile de pe site. Montarea se face ușor și arată bine. Coletul a ajuns repede prin curier, atât că pachetele au venit pe rând.

Este de neocolit
Au existat câteva mici probleme care nu se datorau VidaXL. Dar s-au rezolvat. Asistența a contribuit foarte mult la climatul de încredere dintre cumpărător și comerciant. Nu voi ocoli site-ul vidaXL pentru a face alte achiziții.

Not for outdoor
Product quality is really poor. Items could be easily installed but after that, probably for the large opening -width, the orizontal beams is really curved. In the rainy weather the fabric is like a bag who retain water.
VidaXL's solution was to pull the tarpaulin up in inclement weather. I ask again. Is the pergola for indoors or outdoors? Because I don't think a normal person will pull the tarpaulin up in the evening to open it when they are near the awning, and if it rains to pull it back up.

No product Recieved, do not order from this company!
I ordered an exterior wood playground with a shipping time of 5 business days. I was contacted 3 times to provide my phone number, which I did, additionally to the fact that the number was provided from the beginning in my profile! 9 days later the Order gets cancelled with the explanation that due to „System issues“ the phone number was not recieved. It seems to be a scam or a bad joke, very unprofessional. I advise everybody not to Order from this website!

Appalling experience
Appalling experience – Incomplete product and non-existent customer support.
I purchased a room divider that arrived with missing parts. Without these components, the product is impossible to assemble and completely useless. Despite contacting customer service, I was offered an insulting partial refund instead of a solution.
I requested a full return and was promised that return labels would be sent via email, but they never arrived. It is unacceptable to pay for a defective product and then be ignored when exercising your legal right to a return. I do not recommend vidaXL – total lack of professionalism and questionable product quality!

Bad bed
It's so strange that you get a bed and only 1 week later you can use it because the matrass came much later. Also, iff you see the bed that we bought, you can say that the information and pictures, don't give the right information to get a clear picture off how the product in reality is. Beside that the bad is from a very cheap material made, and the bottom off the bed where the matrass is up will lift it selfes up iff you don't stay on it. And the bed is not straighth so when you open the bed, the wood is toughing the iron. And the place under the bed you can not really use because it has some suports in it. It's really a bad bed and a bad choice.

After placing an order on this website…
After placing an order on this website for a kitchen table with chairs, I realized when the package arrived that the chair legs were not compatible. Because of this, I requested a return for the product.
From that moment on, they repeatedly tried to offer me a $50 voucher for their website or discounts on future orders. I explained several times that I was not interested in vouchers or discounts and that, since I was returning the product within the legal return period, I expected a full refund.
Initially, they confirmed that everything was fine and asked me to provide my IBAN and SWIFT code so they could process the transfer. However, less than 24 hours later, I received another email stating that they would refund the money and that they did not want the product returned. I found this approach strange, but I assumed that maybe this was their procedure.
Then, less than 24 hours later, I received a notification from GLS saying that a courier would come to collect the package for the return. I prepared the package carefully, packed it properly, and handed it over to the courier.
In Romania, when a return pickup is arranged directly by the seller, the person returning the package does not receive a receipt or document from the courier. A few days later, I received an email from them asking me to provide a receipt for the return, which simply does not exist in this situation.
I contacted GLS, who confirmed that the return package had already been delivered to the destination, and vidaXL also has confirmation from the courier company.
Despite this, they keep delaying the process, telling me that they have contacted the “relevant department” and that I will be contacted soon. The same response repeats over and over again. At this point, it almost feels like they are trying to delay the situation until the customer gives up.
Today I decided to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority and I am also considering taking this matter to court.
I strongly advise people not to buy from this company. If you encounter any issue with a product, you may end up losing both the product and your money.
I hope this review helps someone avoid the same situation.
