The experience was outstanding. From time I placed my order. Communication was great. Delivery was done with out waiting too long. Walton treated me like their only customer. Thank you.
Love Waltons but the delivery company doesnt and did not handle my package clearly labelled fragile, carefully. Waltons handled it amazingly. Will shop again.

I chose the online option
I chose the online option - thinking it would be a faster service - but it failed my expectation completely. I went in store - no SMS no sign of the delivery. It the site said wait for the sms - but i gave it 3 days. and due the the urgency i had to do a repurchase. Now i have to make my way to the store again to collect the excess stationary.

From ordering to receiving everything went smoothly. One complaint is after ordering from Waltons I started receiving spam messages.

Waltons was super helpful when we called and needed guidance with regards to which product will work for our needs. We then ordered and paid for the product online. We collected the product at the store where we received the same professional and efficient service.

HP printer order
I placed my order on Monday the 04th of May. By the Friday I had heard nothing. I sent a message on the Waltons website asking for an update. Only then was i contacted saying there was a stock problem and they were busy sourcing one. By the Friday afternoon I received a message from the courier saying I should receive my delivery by today, Tuesday 12th. So hopefully I will receive it today. So not terrible service but just lacking in communication.
