Best customer service as always. Alexis keeps you informed, met my tight deadline due to going on holiday. Wouldn’t see past them for any of my battery replacements, service etc. brilliant firm to deal with.

I have a 30+ year old Omega SeaMaster that was sitting in a drawer. I had previously had it repaired by an official Omega dealer but it stopped keeping time and I tossed it back in the drawer. The team at Watch Repair did an amazing job, the watch looks brand new and is running perfectly. It's great to have my old friend back and running like a top.

I initially went to my local jewellery store who quoted a flat rate for a battery replacement for my Tag Heur Formula 1, which I wasn’t happy with. I researched the web and found Watch Repair UK and read the reviews, noting they were an authorised Tag service centre.
I paid for the collect from home service (Royal Mail), my watch was turned around quickly and returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery. The packaging was fantastic and gave me reassurance that my watch was an important item to them as well as me.
Communication from the team (Alexis) was great and payment made easy via bank transfer.
The cost was roughly half that quoted by the high street chain, plus I felt that a family run business was preferable over an anonymous chain. Highly recommended

Excellent service from initial enquiry to return of my husband’s Raymond Weil watch which had been very badly damaged after a fall. Alexis is excellent in that he arranged collection, confirmed the company had received it, advised what repair needed to be done, suggested a full service, which we hadn’t had done before, told us when works had been done and made it extremely easy to settle the invoice. I feel that customer service can sometimes be lacking these days but Alexis exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company should you find yourself in the position of needing any type of watch repair or service. 👍

I've never used Watch Repair before and I must admit that I had some concerns about sending my Tag away to an unknown company, without any upfront payment etc! However, the whole process from quote, to courier send to updates on progress on the service, to final billing and safe receipt of my watch this morning.. was simply excellent! My Tag has a new battery & clasp and looks & feels like almost new (despite being 13 years old now). Top work Alexis!

Tag heuer aquaracer (automatic), sent for service ,the time of pick up was prompt ,I was told that my watch had arrived safely by watch repair uk.
The watch took just under 4 weeks from pick up to return (which is good going) all arrived back securely packaged.
100%genuine company ,very happy with the service I have received, with a 12 month guarantee and a good price

Had a 28 year old Tag watch needing new battery and tidy up, no hesitation with using this company as i have done over the years. everything sorted by Alexis from collection to return and with good communications throughout. Watch was perfect after being serviced etc and i am very happy with the result.

My Tag needed a service as well as putting right a problem. I did a great deal of research before making a decision who should carry out the work. I am more than pleased with the decision I made as Watch Repair UK have been brilliant from start to finish. They made a quote and followed up with a necessary expense for a further repair keeping me informed all the way. I will certainly use them again if I need to keep my watch working properly.

Did a lot of research on a repair for my Tag watch before choosing Watch Repair UK . Cannot recommend highly enough. Took a bit of time to be repaired which was understandable due to Christmas however following a repair, service and full refurbishment my watch is as good as new .
Collection and return was hassle free.

Communication was first class. Alexis arranged collection of my Omega Seamaster last Monday via Royal Mail, which was fully insured.
Arrived back yesterday (Saturday). New battery and reseal.

After being in a drawer for at least 2 years the battery on my TAG Heuer Kirium Chronograph (CL1112) had expired.
It'd always kept good time but, as I'd had it for nearly 20 years without servicing it, it probably needed one.

TAG Heuer in Belfast quoted me £570 for a full service, which I thought was extortionate!

So with a bit of trepidation, I searched for 'Authorised TAG Heuer service centres' on the Internet and found 'WatchrepairUK'.
Both their prices and reviews were good so I contacted them and was quoted £390 for a full service and refurbishment.
Happy with that, I sent it off and received email notification the next day that they'd received it.

The full service and refurbishment took just under 3 weeks and the watch now looks brand new.

I have to say that with the great service, and great price, it was, all in all, a very good experience.
I'd recommend them and will use them again!

We received a speedy response when we needed to have a Tag watch repaired after a botched service from another repair company.
We received a realistic quote and sent the watch off. We had regular updates and it was finished in the agreed time.
It is back with us and working perfectly.

Watch collected and delivered from home address , with the work carried out within the specified time frame . Overall very pleased and will return when my next watch is due a service

Brought my moisture damaged Tag Heuer back to life. Replaced crown and serviced it. Now good as new.

My watch is around 20 years old and I have always used this company to replace my batteries. They are quick and reliable and every time my watch comes back, it looks brand new thanks to the sonic clean.

I have owned an Omega Seamaster for over 12 years and was sceptical of sending it for a service & repair to a company rather than a main dealer as cost played a big part. My fears were allayed almost immediately as communication was first class on what would happen and a regular progress report was placed. The watch was collected from my home address and I was able to track it. Further emails ensued to say it had arrived. After a couple of weeks it was returned and I must say it looks much better than what I sent it! All scratches on the strap are gone and it shines. I have worn the watch every day since new so you can imagine what is was like….dull & scratches all over. I highly recommend Watch Repair UK Ltd for any work you might need 😁

Brilliant service. Dropped Omega Seamaster off on a Friday - it could have been collected but I was in the area. The following Wednesday it was delivered back with battery renewed, sealed and pressure tested. Sensible pricing by friendly small outfit. Two Omega agent jewellers had previously quoted a minimum of a two month turnaround.
