Thousands of payments though WHMCS, but we need someone to babysit payments that get stuck all the time.

Simply Google "whmcs uncaptured payment" and you will see the hundreds of WHMCS customers talk about how their customers are getting charged multiple times etc.

WHMCS staff are quick to pass the buck to external factors and even to Stripe themselves (funny none of the other software I use with Stripe has this issue), but even when you use WHMCS in its default form with no theme, hooks, or anything, even on dedicated servers, It's still a problem.

If they fix this problem, I'll update this review.

WHMCS offers a robust and reliable service for managing web hosting and client interactions. While the core features are solid, the pricing can be a bit steep, especially when it comes to third-party addons. Overall, it's a good choice if you're willing to invest a bit more.

Very good integration and features

came up with a solution for an issue which occurred in a speedy time.

Great product, been using it for many years, 15 exactly. Tired other alternatives to see if it was time to move on, nothing compares.

WHMCS isn't the prettiest billing system out there but that doesn't matter as we can put our own front end on it. What it does have is powerful and very flexible billing options and support when you need it.

Quick response to a critical issue. Fixed and working.

I thought I could use WHMCS to invoice for website setups, graphic design and other non-recurring charges - BIG FAT NO. But I didn't know that until I spent many frustrating hours trying to gain access. WHMCS is offered thru Inmotion. My license key wouldn't work, the link to WHMCS was broken and there was no help available at their website (because my key wouldn't work!). I finally contacted Inmotion tech support and spent over an hour on the phone while techs tried to figure out why my license key wouldn't work. They said WHMC made some changes but never updated or communicated how it was to be handled thru Inmotion. They finally got my key to work, only for me to figure out that WHMCS is 99.9% geared to resell & invoice hosting packages, domains etc. Ugh. So I went through the Stripe set-up for nothing and Youtube videos also.

BTW: dig deep enough and I was able to create an invoice for non-hosting related services - but the test samples I made looked utterly embarrassing. Wayyyy too hard and wayyy to complicated for what I needed.

WHMCS is proably a fabulous platform for resellers, but it was a total waste for me.

Has been using WHMCS since many years now and am very happy about using it. Strongly recommend the same as hosting billing system.

One of the best Hosting admin software around. Nothing can beat the support either.
All in all, its the best!
