Quick and uncomplicated help.
WHMCS can help me in many aspects and thanks to them my hosting provider solved the problem I was having.
With the response that WHMCS support gave me, I was able to have the provider verify their server and improve quality/security and support.

It was a simple but important issue and was handled in a matter-of-fact and professional way. Thanks to Lawrence Williams!

Perfect support, but too mucn high prices this year for WHMCS licences

Even though I consider the +33% price increase to be abrupt, I am revising my rating to a fairer score regarding to my opinion on WHMCS (also to maintain a good relationship with this provider).

Sure, I regret that the software's improvement in terms of features is not as fast as I would like. For example, PayPal subscriptions are poorly synchronized. We saw this also with WHMCS during the January price increase. Kinda ironic.

Additionally, the support sometimes responds out of the mark for simple requests. But, it can also be efficient when the request is escalated.

However, I must admit that my previous rating was too severe and posted in the frustration of discovering such a high and sudden price increase.
However, I imagine that the imposed price should correspond to WHMCS's position in the web hosting providers' CRM market!?

Hoping that my feedback has been heard, that we will not have a +33% price increase every year, and that this new financial input will allow WHMCS to continuously improve its software even more, to give me the opportunity to reconsider my rating with 5 stars.

All stages throughout the support and ALL staff involved were helpful and were also extremely tolerant of items I've not had experience with aside from I.T. related fields and not so much with the extra coding and such involved in making things work here.

Integrations, hooks, crons, other bits & pieces are new to me has made me fumble on occasion yet every time the WHMCS Support Team have been contacted they have gone well above & beyond the call of duty for which I am extremely grateful for their ongoing support and patience which I would classify as second to none.

When you run into some technical difficulty you can rely on WHMCS support to assist.

Not worth it due to new prices.
I admit, they claim to have hundreds of new features since 2007, agreed.
The system still runs on php, which in itself is alright, just needs to be optimized to be "good"
Although i use whmcs, i might switch to something else at another time, due to increase of 25%!
Yea and one email about the price increase is "enough" except for the fact that you get spammed with cron jobs, and litterally have to look for the email after the invoice increased by an absurd amount.
