As far as I’m aware my children only…

As far as I’m aware my children only occasionally moan about the broadband signal lol.
My landline needed to be rebooted today and as always whoever I speak to is always helpful and polite and explains the whole process.

Signed up for a 12 month discount

Signed up for a 12 month discount. Lasted one month and then it went up to more than I was paying with my last provider so I have gone back to them. 12 months should be honoured no matter when you join. I phoned to talk to someone but they were uninterested. Not very savvy Customer Retention!

All of our offers, including discounted pricing, are clearly explained at the point of sign-up, including when any price changes will take effect. Customers are specifically advised that annual price adjustments apply each April, so there should be no ambiguity around when pricing may increase.

For that reason, the pricing applied to your account will have been in line with the agreed terms. However, your comments regarding how your call was handled are noted, as this does not reflect the standard we expect.

The service from Wightfibre has been excellent! We have had the odd hiccup but every glitch was resolved promptly and poolitely. Very pleased so far!

Great service from the delightful young…

Great service from the delightful young intelligent men who actually did the groundbreaking work ,Kireon actually swept the floor , after drilling holes for wires to be placed.
The public relations department do require attention was not impressed by the initial contact .

Internet is really good but for some…

Internet is really good but for some reason the tv won’t stay on bbc for more than 15 20 minutes.

Taylor and his workmate were very friendly and efficient workers they explained everything to us with patience so we understood everything.

When I changed over to wightfibre it was £25.99 for 12 months and now not even 3 months later it's £29.99 so much for the 12 month deal that you signed up for

All of our residential services are provided on a rolling contract rather than a fixed‑term agreement. As outlined in the terms accepted at sign‑up, prices are subject to an annual adjustment each April. This year’s increase was a flat £4 per month and applies to all eligible residential customers, including those within their first 12 months, as the contract isn’t fixed‑price.
We completely understand how this can come as a surprise if you were expecting the price to remain the same for a set period, and we’d really like the opportunity to review your account and make sure everything has been applied correctly.
It looks like we haven’t heard from you about this directly yet, so please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will be happy to go through your account, explain your options, and see what we can do to help. Best regards.
