100 times better

100 times better, than who I was with before, plusnet. & alot cheaper, & faster, thanks to my sister. Wish she told me about Whitefiber alot lot sooner.

I changed from Vodafone to…wightfibre

I changed from Vodafone to wightfibre.as I had a salesman call at my door .
Very polite and Professional and he did not Rush to get me to sign up.
However I did and the best move was outstanding Results.
So 100% to wightfibre and Thank you.

First class service

First class service. The phones are manned by professionals who know their stuff, and you get through within seconds. Wight Fibre are so much better than the big players , and less expensive too.

For clarity, the increase you’ve mentioned was our annual April price increase, which applies to all customers and is something most utility providers carry out each year. In this case, the increase was £4 per month, not £5, and this was explained at the point of sign‑up as well as in advance of the change.
We appreciate that any increase can be frustrating, and we always aim to be open and transparent about our pricing.
We’re sorry to hear this led to your decision to leave and wish you all the best going forward.

Generally the service is good

Generally the service is good. I had a couple of problems in the beginning but they were sorted very quickly. It turn out to be a bit more expensive than I expected.

The installers were very pleasant and…

The installers were very pleasant and attentive, causing no stress to myself even though they had some issues drilling for the cable by my flat door, and any phone calls I made the staff were very pleasant. Onle one slight issue that I asked for my phone number to be transferred and it hadn't been actioned, but that is beling sorted

Be very careful and mindful when agreeing to an installation , the engineers attention to detail is beyond a disaster , they will drape any old wires drooping across your property,they will leave 10’s of metres of coiled up wire tied up in bunches with cable ties in whatever colour they have on the van , no quality inspection no pre thought just slap it up and run but it’s only £20 pm to look at . I would insist on a pre agreed installation inspection then do not pay until you are happy with how it looks . Our Victorian building appearance is spoiled by this while we wait for someone to come and put it right and conceal the eyesore .

Complete system failure in my area

Complete system failure in my area. As I am at present suffering massive health anxiety and no proper phone service over last 2 nights this caused a total breakdown in my ability to cope. This documented failure only covered last night but I had been having problems for a day or 2 and was not dealt with swiftly enough Causing severe distress last night and the previous evening a matter which my GP did not take seriously enough. I await this evening with trepidation can this happen again and not be dealt with as no contact can be made? at the time if housebound or out of hours or an isolated instance. ?

When you contacted us, you explained there had recently been external works at the property and were concerned this may have affected wiring or equipment. Our checks confirmed the network connection was live and working, with no outage identified. The issue was resolved during the call by rebooting the equipment and reconnecting the Wi‑Fi, and service was confirmed as working before the call ended.

As a precaution, you were advised to monitor the service and contact us again if any further issues occurred. If there is more to the issue than described, please contact us by phone or email at help@wightfibre.com so we can review this further.
