Just had Joel attend our property to give us a quote for 8 windows. He was very knowledgeable, honest and attentive to what we required. The quality of the window example he showed us was far superior to any we have seen to date. So much so we have gone ahead and placed an order and these will be installed in time for Christmas. Excellent service and honest and trustworthy information supplied by Joel.

We've had Chris and Callum our window fitters here for two days doing a Stirling job, very professional service,polite and helpful and amazingly tidy.

Andrew from sales was very down to earth explained everything that they were going to do. Andrew the surveyor was great too explained everything , double checked what we wanted. Very respectful of property, well mannered, kind , friendly and professional.

We recently had our windows refitted. The fitters Keith and Steve did an excellent job. They were polite and helpful and cleaned up afterwards. Jane in the office guided us through the whole process and was polite and helpful. Thank you to all of the staff involved.

I had my bay window fitted today, very pleased with the result. Quality windows and fitted to a very high standard. Phillip and Dan were professional, friendly and polite, they were very respectful to my husband and me, they took time and care to protect my floors and furniture inside and placed a tarpaulin outside to protect the garden. Everything was cleaned and left in excellent order. I received a follow up call from Jane who again was polite and friendly, asking how the installation had gone, information was given re warranty and email sent to me with guarantee, I would not hesitate to use this company again and would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of having upgrades on windows, thank you.

From the start to the finish Jane in the office kept us informed and Keith and Steve were outstanding ,the house was clean and tidy when they finish .They walk my husband though what had been done ,any complaints they would sort staight away,and they were wonderful with our 2 dogs .

Very interesting survey, learn 't abit about this company. Impressed with the quality of the products. Gave Windows and Roofs the go ahead, with my order.

Fitters done a great job quickly and efficiently tidied up after and were very polite.

The office staff kept in touch and confirmed fitting the first person who came out to give a quote and the surveyor where also great the 2 lads that did the zcyysl fitting never stopped they did not have a dinner break just kept working

Our conservatory roof replacement job was completed done between 23 Oct 2024 - 29 Oct 2024, 2 business days for removal of old roof and fitting the new roof (thank you Tony & Josh for the professionalism, excellent, quick and tidy job!), 1 business day for plastering and 1 more business day for fitting the new spot lights.
It all started with an excellent presentation from Paul on the roof quality and technical details, not just a simple quote provided. The communication was great and from the start we could understand that we're dealing with a professional company, that really believes in their products and services. Later on we got organised by Deb, with spot on calls explaining and planning all the steps, again with great customer service skills that really made us feel very comfortable with our choice and with the feeling that everything is in good hands. Thank you Windows Plus Roofs for the overall experience, the quality of the products and services!

From the sales person coming out who was thorough and took me through everything to arranging a fitting date with Kim who was very professional and friendly and ensured i knew exactly what was happening when. To the installers who were exceptional, they were friendly, fitted the windows professionally and done the job in no time. Cleaned up and took away all the mess leaving my home the way they found it! Took me round all the windows and showed me how they worked and ensured i was happy with the work before signing off. Explained what happened next or of i had any problems what to do. To then the follow up call with Kim who again was so friendly and professional and made sure everything was ok and was happy. Customer service and the work was exactly what i wanted. Thank you for a great service.

Was told it would take 2 days to fit my windows and doors but the 2 fabulous gents did it all in a day, no mess left and nothing I asked of them was too much, the difference the doors and windows have made is amazing keeping the heat in and noise out, I would recommend this company for fantastic Customer service, from the guy who came out initially to give us the quote to the lovely ladies in the office and most definitely the to the fitters, fantastic company ❤️

I've just had new windows put in by this wonderful company.

The two lads who installed it (Craig and Lee) did an outstanding job. I'm buzzing with the result and blown away by their efforts.

Lee tackled the canopy which is a work of art and properly set into the brickwork which the original was not.

Craig did all the fiddly interior work with beading etc. The attention to detail was something I have never seen before. I was told by a family relative that I would get a good job and he was right.

My phone calls with Jane were delightful. She has kept me updated throughout and called me earlier to find out how the job went.

I am not over exaggerating but this company is the best I have ever used. They are a credit to their profession and I would recommend them to anyone they are that good.

Absolutely thrilled with our new replacement conservatory with wooden roof, the installers/workman worked through bad weather and completed without delay, fantastic job, thanks guys. We were kept updated from the moment we placed our order right through to the final inspection, very professional and great communication throughout.
Overall very happy with the whole experience and would not hesitate in recommending window plus, would certainly use them again for any future work required.

Communication was excellent from Jane in the office. Lee and Craig were both pleasant guys who arrived on time both mornings and did a great job fitting new windows into our bedroom bays. They worked hard and cleared up very well at end of each day leaving no mess for us. We are very happy with our new windows and would definately recommend this company to others.

What can I say, from the design to installation the whole process was effortless and went exactly how they said it would. Massive thanks to Billy and his team who installed my windows and also a massive thanks to Tony who installed the new canopy above my bay window. Both were very professional and their work is second to non. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about renewing their windows or roof. On the whole absolutely thrilled with the professional finish the teams have created.
