We have been very impressed with all aspects of Windows Plus Roofs, from the outset our coordinator Jane who guided us proficiently through the process to the fitters Steve and Keith who did an excellent, efficient and tidy job all round.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company for their professionalism and quality of their work.

Grate quality and professionalism

After chatting with Steve who was easy to talk to and informative but with absolutely no pressure to buy i decided to go with W+R (Pennine).
Im so glad i did. The lads, Lee and Ken turned up as arranged and just got on with doing a first class job of fitting six new windows. Polite and courteous, neat and tidy they worked continuosly until the job was finished - thanks again lads.
The admin staff Kim and Jane were a joy to talk to with
clear communication regarding dates and payment. The whole experience was without stress or worry.
Thank you all from one happy customer.

I can't praise the company or the staff enough for the job that has been carried out, from Jane the co-ordinator in the office keeping me up to date with everything and ringing to make sure I was completely happy, to the two lads that did the job Dave & Dale who turned up on time everyday during the job and worked none stop all the time to complete the work, which was done to a very high standard and also cleaned up each day before they left to go home.

From start to finish the workmanship was excellent. Tony and Callum kept us informed every step of the way and would answer all our queries satisfactorily. Deb in the office made constant phone calls to ensure that everything was going to plan and that we were satisfied. Both plasterers and electricians did a fine job with as little mess as possible. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with work and would high recommend this company.

I'd like to thank Dan and Phil for the kitchen and bathroom window installations they did yesterday. They arrived nice and early and got straight on with the job till it was finished. Very polite throughout and did a lovely job, I'm well pleased with the job and to Jane for her input too thank you 😊 x

Sales and office communication before and after installation was excellent. The window fitters were highly skilled, knowledgeable and respectful of my home; leaving both the inside and outside very tidy.

I was first approached by Windows and Roofing but I now understand that Budget windows forms part of the company. Although I am very pleased with my windows, in terms of branding, I would not have been naturally drawn to purchase my windows from Budget windows - believing that I would receive a low cost inferior product. This clearly was not the case however I thought it was worthy of comment

Very professional from start to finish. Great advise and planning, competitive pricing, all staff polite, friendly and helpful. Daily progress updates and site visits. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

The company customer service from start to finish was amazing. From the beginning of my new window and door experience, Tony the rep, Craig surveyor, Rob and Gav fitters went above and beyond. My windows were fitted promptly, with care and consideration and I cannot thank the team enough. I was kept informed daily by Alison which was greatly appreciated.

Enjoyable discussion with Courtney yesterday evening resulting in us placing an order for all windows and various doors.
He was very professional and knowledgeable, more importantly he didn't put any pressure us at any time.
Compared to others we have dealt with in the past he was worlds apart.

Excellent communication throughout. Installers identified problems and provided solution options immediately. Any issues were actioned and solutions implemented asap or units replaced within 10 days.
Installers were respectful of my property and extremely tidy and polite.
Our case manager, Kim, was always diligent and wonderful to work with.

We are delighted with our New Windows. We had all 11 replaced. The installers were chris and callum and did a fantastic job. From start to finish the installation went great. It took a total of 3 days which was fine as they took great care fitting my windows,they cleaned up afterwards also.a couple of handles I said weren't quite straight,they sorted them the same day I mentioned it. I was called a few times by Jane also to see how my installation was going,which was nice. I honestly am over the moon with how good everything went and have already recommended this company and especially the fitters chris and callum to someone else who needs new windows.

Absolutely brilliant job on my new windows Dan and Phillip were amazing.. They exceeded my expectations 😀. Made them in keeping with the period property.. highly reccomend them..And jane who i communicate was very approachable and gave me all the information i need...Thank you so much

My double glazing was installed last year. The bay window leaks when it rains heavily. Had 2 visit from installers to put it right . Still leaking. Am being fobbed of by the office staff promising to get back to me they never do.

dedication and teamwork, kept well informed by Jane in the office, the lads were very polite and did a great job. There was a hitch with the glass in front door and was told it would take a few days to re-order. To my surprise Dan and Phillip came next morning and fitted a whole new panel, did not take long and after the job was done they left everything clean and tidy, the door looks great and my wife loves it.Abig thankyou to to jane and the two lads, and yes i would recommend your crew anytime,

Great customer service. Timely fitting of windows by excellent fitters who were proffesional and friendly.whole experience with this company could not be bettered.

We are very pleased with the process from the beginning to the end having new window and doors installed by windows plus roofs. The two fitters worked hard on the installation that only took a day and a half. The work went very smoothly and everywhere was tidied up at the end of each day . All members of the team were friendly approachable and very professional.
