Expérience négative. Jusqu'au moment de payer, le site explique l'exhaustivité et la précision des infos. Or, la fenêtre de paiement, récapitulative de ce que vous payez est trompeuse. Elle vous fait croire que le rapport est riche et détaillé, comme dans la pub...Sauf que de toutes petites croix vertes indiquent ce qu'il y aura dans le "rapport". En fonction, du véhicule cela peut être uniquement des infos commerciales et basiques que tout le monde peut trouver sur le net! Moi j'ai payé 10 EUR pour avoir une plaquette publicitaire !...Méfiance ! Ou plutôt fuyez!

Quite informative
I have been quite uncertain of buying a report for the european car, having read all the negative reviews about this site. Though having not found any other source of information I made up my mind. It turned out to be quite adequate and informative.
All the history of the inspections, actions, criminal check and road events are there. Hope it is an exhaustive info.

Angaben zur konkreten Ausstattung und zu einzelnen Komponenten sind nicht für jedes Fahrzeug in den zugänglichen Quellen hinterlegt. Für eine vollständige, herstellerseitige Ausstattungs- oder Komponentenliste ist der Markenhersteller beziehungsweise ein Vertragspartner in der Regel die verlässlichste Quelle.
Wir verstehen, dass ein Bericht ohne diese Informationen nicht den erwarteten Mehrwert bietet.

È un sito che non vale praticamente nulla ho comprato un’auto di importazione prima dell’acquisto ho fatto la verifica presso il sito autoMoli che mi dava tutti gli esiti negativi una volta importato in Italia in fase di immatricolazione e risultato che il veicolo fosse segnalato nell’area Schengen come oggetto di reato e mi è stato sequestrato la segnalazione era già presente da otto giorni prima della mia visura quindi la delusione è stata doppia sia da parte del venditore che del sito in affidabile ora mi ritrovo con molti problemi da risolvere per riottenere l’auto con ulteriore spese di avvocati per colpa di questo sito che non vale niente

Nutzloser Service der Leistungen verspricht, die dann nicht geliefert werden
Ich wollte Ausstattungsmerkmale eines Gebrauchtwagens über die VIN (FIN) ermitteln.
Das soll laut Automoli über die Seite möglich sein.
Ein kostenloser Vorabcheck der Nummer versprach, dass die Fahrzeugausstattung in der Datenbank hinterlegt ist.
Daraufhin habe ich die 10,99€ für die Abfrage investiert.
Kurz darauf wurde ein Bericht generiert. Ausser den für den europäischen Markt typischen Merkmalen (Linkslenker, Frequenz der Fernbedienung, Standardbatterie und Instrumentenanzeige in km/h) lieferte mir der Bericht keine Erkenntnisse.
Weder zur Farbe der Innenausstattung, noch zum verbauten Multimediasystem / Radio, Fensterheber, Klimaanlage etc.
Ich hab den Support damit konfrontiert: Da hat man mir erklärt dass sie gar keine eigene Datenbank besitzen. Sie kaufen den Bericht auch erst, wenn er abgefragt wird und man selber nicht weiß welche Merkmale in der Datenbank hinterlegt sind.
Nach 2 Mails mit der Schilderung meines Problems und der Bitte den Rechungsbetrag zurückzuerstatten hat Automoli auch nicht mehr geantwortet.

Automoli.com unterhält keine eigene vollständige Fahrzeugdatenbank. Die verfügbaren Daten werden bei der Bestellung für die jeweilige VIN bei externen Partnern abgefragt und anschließend im Bericht zusammengeführt. Der Vorabcheck kann anzeigen, dass Daten zur Kategorie „Ausstattung“ vorhanden sind, garantiert jedoch nicht, dass detaillierte Angaben zu Innenraumfarbe, Multimediasystem, Klimaanlage oder einzelnen Sonderausstattungen enthalten sind. Wir verstehen, dass diese Unterscheidung in Ihrem Fall nicht klar genug war.
Für eine vollständige, herstellerseitige Ausstattungsübersicht ist der Markenhersteller oder ein Vertragspartner in der Regel die verlässlichste Quelle. Wir bedauern außerdem, dass Ihre weitere Kommunikation unbeantwortet blieb.

ho utilizzato sia su una moto che volevo comperare sia sulla mia
comperando il servizio, ti dice "solo" se il mezzo non risulta rubato in Italia e in Europa e se non ha avuto incidenti o difetti registrati. Non ci sono quanti proprietari, ne tagliandi o se è stata fatta la revisione. La mia moto riparata da concessionario aveva avuto un leggero intervento dovuto ad una innocua scivolata, ma sul report non è visibile (forese in concessionaria non è stato registrato come incidente??)

Automoli.com raccoglie i dati disponibili da fonti esterne. Non tutti gli interventi di officina o di concessionaria vengono registrati come sinistri o trasmessi alle banche dati accessibili, soprattutto nel caso di danni lievi. L’assenza di un incidente nel rapporto significa quindi solo che non è stato trovato un record corrispondente nelle fonti consultate, non che il mezzo sia certamente privo di qualsiasi danno o riparazione.
Anche i dati relativi a proprietari, manutenzione e revisioni possono essere limitati o non disponibili per uno specifico veicolo o motociclo. Comprendiamo che questo possa rendere il rapporto meno utile rispetto alle aspettative.

Man sieht die Servicehistorie, zumindest bei mir, da beim Opelhändler durchgeführt. Leider sieht man nicht, welcher Händler die Wartungen durchgeführt hat, so dass man nicht genauer nachfragen kann.
Wenn, wie bei mir, kein Scheckheft vorhanden ist, ist es erstmal ein guter Anhaltspunkt.
