Ero interessato ad un'auto e stavo valutandone l'acquisto. Meno male ho consultato questo sito, dal report del quale ho visto tutta la cronologia del veicolo, compreso il "lifting" di 100.000 Km a cui è stato sottoposto.
Non sarò mai grato abbastanza per avermi salvato da truffatori che mi avrebbero fatto buttare €25000 per un'auto di 94.000 Km, quando in realtà ne aveva 194.000.
Grazie ancora. Consigliatissimo.

grazie di cuore per la sua recensione! Siamo davvero felici che il rapporto le abbia permesso di ricostruire la cronologia del veicolo e di individuare una differenza così importante nel chilometraggio prima dell’acquisto.

Automoli.com raccoglie i dati disponibili da fonti esterne per il singolo VIN. Le informazioni sui proprietari possono essere soggette a limitazioni di privacy, mentre tagliandi e rilevazioni del chilometraggio non sono sempre registrati o resi disponibili nelle banche dati consultabili.
Comprendiamo che, senza queste informazioni, il rapporto possa essere risultato poco utile.

Useless History Check
Useless History Check
After placing the VIN number, it showed that there is Vehicle History and Check History (which are important for me out of all the other reports), from those titles I would understand that it will show the history of the car for example maintenance history at least 3. But unfortunately, it showed useless information and nothing that can be beneficial, I contacted the customer support and explained the situation with a request for a refund, but they kept insisting that they gave me what it showed from the search result, which is fooling the client that they will get something and turns out a very basic info.
I will explain what the free search should contain just for their info (customers have basic knowledge of those things):
Vehicle history: mention that there are 3 histories checked (any sort of maintenance) and show one for free, so they can believe it's legit)
Check History: mention that there are 3 checked histories (any sort of maintenance) and show one for free, so they can believe it's legit)
(customer will have no idea what the difference between them and what sort of information they will get out of them)
Stolen Databases: show at least 2 free
Production Year: show few info.
Vehicle Equipment: show few info.
Manufacturer Information: show few info. (even though the customer can get them for free but at least show 2)
make everything clear to the customer and not place a big title that turns out it's a basic info.
e.g. Maintainance Check -> after payment -> the car was maintained. That way you fool the customers.
When it should be (Maintainance Check (5, 1_change of ... date 1.1.2010)-> after payment -> list them all. That's legit and reliable
In the end, I was on a hunt for a used car and did not buy the car I check on automoli.com, and I got to search more and will be using a different website that is transparent with their customers. I as a customer will never recommend this website to anybody, as a matter of fact, ill be making sure that friends and family should be aware not to take such service through this website.

Automoli.com requests data from external partners when a report is purchased and generates the report from the records actually received for the VIN. The categories shown in the free VIN check indicate the types of data that may be available; they do not guarantee a specific number of maintenance events, inspections, mileage readings, or other historical records.
However, we understand the central point of your feedback: labels such as “Vehicle History” or “Check History” can create an expectation of detailed historical entries. If the resulting report contains only basic information, that distinction may not be clear enough before purchase. A headline should not lead customers to expect detailed maintenance or event records unless those records can be identified clearly.
Your suggestions about showing more transparent previews, example entries, or clearer explanations of each data category are constructive. We take this feedback seriously, as customers should be able to understand the likely scope of a report before making a payment.

Automoli.com consulta fuentes externas disponibles para cada VIN y el contenido del informe depende de los registros que estas fuentes proporcionen. Los datos administrativos oficiales, incluidos determinados historiales de matriculación y titulares en España, pueden estar sujetos a restricciones y no siempre están disponibles en dichas fuentes.
Para información oficial y completa sobre un vehículo matriculado en España, la DGT es efectivamente una fuente de referencia. Entendemos que un informe sin los datos que buscaba no le haya resultado útil.

Mi ha dato buone informazioni sulla auto che voglio acquistare in pochissimo tempo. Facendomi trovare anche un piccolo incidente che il venditore aveva omesso. Non è un servizio perfetto al 100% (per questo le 4 stelle) ma comunque ne vale la pena secondo me.
