Items arrived but parcel held 2 damaged items out of 6. It appears that the parcel had been thrown about by Evri as one of the cans was also damaged although the contents were intact.
Fantastic value for money products, but they desperately need to work on customer service.

I've just been reading the reviews on here and I'm really surprised how many bad reviews they have. Avon really need to get a handle on these because they don't seem to be answering or monitoring the reviews on TrustPilot at all!
Avon have been around for years and their products have been largely good. In my younger days, many moons ago I worked for them and then they prided themselves in customer services, not anymore it seems! What a shame.

Avon imposed PAY-CUT on all Representatives in a cost-off living crisis and brushes off any complaints about it - despicable and spiteful. Dont become a Rep
I have been an Avon Lady for nearly 20 years but I do not like to be treated worse than a dog. I reached the highest earing level (VIP) but Avon now imposed a significant paycut on all Reps. Avon reduced the commission to 10% on all Fashion Products (clothes, bras, jewellery, sunglasses, handbags, PJs etc) as well as homecare (diffusers, car fresheners, candles, fragrance oils, wax melts, etc). This could tank my Avon business. For example, if a customer spends £20 of these products, we only earn £2 but have to pay for the expensive Avon Catalogues, Stationery, and the petrol for canvassing and delivery. My Avon business will go under if I do not earn sufficient money (we all pay rent and bills). Avon is spiteful and despicable. I have contacted them directly on several occasions but they are good at fobbing you off! Feel free to support your Avon Reps with tips, but DO NOT join Avon. They do NOT look out for women! Only for their own profit!
Order declined but money taken
I placed an order on the website which said it couldn't process my card but the money was taken right away. No confirmation email recieved. I tried to speak to someone but it's either Whatsapp or FB Messenger (both a useless chatbot and then I was ignored once it couldn't answer my question - except to try and upsell me another product.) No email, but you can telephone (because this is 1995). TL;DR They took my money but didn't process the order. They're now ignoring my comms. Avoid like the plague!

After having had my parcel stolen from my doorstep, Avon immediately said that they'd refund my money without any quibble. Amazing customer service and all resolved within a couple of days.

Not a happy bunny , I bought the blush pearls from Avon as in the past they gave always been great, however this time there's hardly any in the pot and the foam pad to protect them fills most of the pot ...not value for money at all I will not be purchasing these again.

So disappointed in Avon it is my third time buying a red lip stick when you get your product itâs either pink, orange or dark pink. Itâs not what it shows in the catalogue. I purchase from them almost every month , but this is truly a disappointment and money wasted.
Do not buy Glimmerstick eyeliners
Do not buy Glimmerstick eyeliners. I have bought three in the past, plus one which Avon sent as a replacement when i complained. The 'pencil' does not twist up. Once the initial stick, approx 5mm, had been used, that was it. None of them would twist up any more. The twister on the base just didn't move! I've had to throw them away as they are useless! Even the replacement they sent was the same. This was blue, green and grey plus the blue replacement. Absolute waste of money.

We have a sticker on our door, like our neighbours asking for no salesmen, canvassers etc. Both of us had Avon cosmetic catalogues put through our door in BS32 9.. I understand people want to make a living, but this is pure ignorance of what residents want. I never have bought from you and after this ignorance, I never will. Your rubbish will next time go in the bin and your agent is forewarned.
AVON UK have done it again...
I have been a rep since 2015 and over time have experienced so many changes, which have cost me to loose many customers.
Today, I came across Avon's latest change aimed at its reps selling AVON products; change which I hadn't been informed of prior to it being implemented.
I was finalising my February online when I realised a new fee added to my account. Fee added to sell AVON products for AVON!
It's an "Order Handling Fee" and it's charged at £1.25.
I called Customer Services to find out some info about this new fee and was told it had been active since the start of the February 2025 campaign, replacing the previous 50p "Delivery Fee".
So, AVON reps are now being made to pay almost three times as much as before, EVERYTIME they place an order to sell AVON products! So, I usually place three orders per month, meaning that I will now have to pay £3.75 each month. What has changed for this fee to be added? Were AVON products not handled to make up the orders before now? Is AVON trying to remove reps from the equation?
I wonder what David H. McConnell would make of that latest move?

Had to go to opticians and got glasses as I said I hadn't changed my face creams ect. In my mental collapse from getting "old overnight" I found an old one and checked the formula and it's different just stuck in the same pack to decieve us.

Absolutely awful service, provided me with a tracking number which showed its not delivered and stuck in the system, customer services insisting its been delivered and asking me to check with neighbours' they don't even check their own information.

Why is it so hard to get a refund
MUY MAL EL TRATO A LA DISTRIBUIDORA,
Soy distribuidora avon, la verdad que el departamento atención al cliente esta funcionando muy mal, un dÃa dicen una cosa, otro otra.
Los saldos nunca dan bien, las ganancias de algunos pedidos nunca salen reflejadas y si reclamas hacen caso omiso, marean mucho hasta que te cansas y dejas de ganar esa comisión.
Ante los problemas que casi siempre son de saldo que deben o ganancias que no han abonado, la empresa nos tiene muy abandonados, siempre ponen excusas y nunca saben como solucionar el problema, se echan la culpa de un departamento a otro y al final lo dicho, terminamos cansándonos y no seguimos insistiendo para que nos devuelvan las ganancias de nuestras ventas.
Si no fuera por este tipo de problemas y como nos dejan con el c u l o al aire ante los problemas Avon seria una buena salida para vender sus productos. Ojala cambien el sistema de atención y a la distribuidora y su personal que la mayorÃa de veces hasta falta el respeto a la hora de hablar y nos gritan por teléfono, como me pasó hoy, que me dijo que le habÃa mandado una contestación al correo 4 veces. Si Señora y mas veces le contesto a ese correo hasta que me hagan caso y no respondan cosas que no tienen que ver con el problema que reclamo, o por lo menos se molesten en leer y ver bien que se reclama, no te puedo hablar de nueces y que tu me respondas de aviones..... y que encima te ofendas y te digo no mira que estoy hablando de esto no de lo que tu respondes.
En definitiva si eres asesora mira bien las cuentas y las ganancias que deben de descontar en los pedidos por que no siempre las están descontando del pago, y luego en la factura electrónica ponen que si, y aunque les demuestres con los acuses bancarios el pago y que no fueron descontadas te marean mil veces hasta que te cansas.

Tengo pedidos en el historial de venta online por catalogo que no me salen reflejados en el balance de saldo y tampoco saben darme solución, y eso que les envió los correos que manda avon cuando un cliente ha hecho un pago online.
Bueno y como eso varias cosas. El caso es que como distribuidoras no tenemos a personas que nos ayuden y nos resuelvan los problemas, sino que atención a la distribuidora nos hace coger nervios por no molestarse en mirar el problema.
Avon radiance tinted moisturising dayâŠ
Avon radiance tinted moisturising day cream. It took me a while to realise that it was this cream making my eyes so sore and my skin around my eyes. Usually wear other products aswell and was the first time just using this product and my skin around eye area and eyes became sore. I've emailed to complain as never had trouble like this before, won't be using it again. Some of the ingredients seem bizarre like some kind of methane!
I love avon
I love all there skincare and it is amazing. The foundation can sometimes go patchy but I learnt how to apply it correctly and since then it has never oxidised. There lip sticks are fantastic and last throughout the whole day. There pressed powders are wonderful and make sure my makeup stays on all day. The mascaras are astonishing. I don't usually get on with mascaras but I do with Avon ones. Overall avon have really good products formulas at a relatively cheap price. I will say though there are many problems I face when placing and order, but they refund it and in the end i have what I ordered.
Total incompetence
Making contact with this company is a nightmare, they simply cannot speak to a human the phone line just parks you in queue and nothing but music so after 60 minutes gave up, so its down to email which they promise to respond within 5 days. Following this procedure After three attempts to deliver my order correctly i gave up and demanded a refund. Needless to say i aint going to bother with them with my business again

Terrible is all I can say .
