This is so ridiculous, it actually makes me laugh
I received the wrong size pyjamas 4 times. When I told them the first time, they resent the same wrong size. I then contacted them again and asked them to check why this happened twice because surely there must be something wrong at the depot or something. I warned them I'd ask for a refund if the wrong size was sent a third time..... Which it did. I got a refund...and also got another parcel from them which I didn't ask for. It contained....the wrong sized pyjamas for the 4th time!!! I give up! It actually made me laugh because it's so ridiculous! Also, customer service is not very good at all. The first couple of emails were alright (for the first mistake), after that I got a "thanks for your email", nothing else... And then my emails were pretty much not answered anymore. It's like they don't care. The good thing is I didn't have to return the pyjamas, so no hassle on that side. They'll probably go to a charity shop.

My mother was a Avon rep for well over 25 years never missed a bill she sadly died ..so we checked with everything with her estate and she hadn't paid acouple of bills...we called them they expressed their sadness...we explained that we were going through all her paper work and to give us time as her funds were obviously tied up 1 month later we got an lawyers letter demanding the account be settled and they had checked her estate and she had plenty money to cover the debt ...absolute lies as my mother did not have anything in her account and the house was in my father's name and he was very much alive ...absolute horrible company 25 years my mother devoted her time and they barely gave 25 day to settle things ....it was paid after they were told to back off by our lawyer every piece of Avon product my mum had in her house was binned

I've signed up 2 years ago, after I left my job to raise a new baby. I've seen their work from home ad on gumtree and thought: it's a well known company, so nothing could go wrong...
2 years on after walking around with the little one in the pushchair door to door, dropping off brochures twice a month, sorting customers orders etc., I was still making just about enough to cover the cost of their brochures and bags.
I was working about 4 hours a week and getting paid about £0.50 a week.
This should be illegal.
To top it all off, I was late to pay my latest invoice (ok, my bad) and was charged £20 fine, which was more than a quarter of what I owed them anyway! I believe even loan sharks wouldn't charge me as much, and they would have at least sent me a letter that I owed them something.
I haven't even earned £20 in the whole 2 years. However, recently I downloaded an app that pays for playing games and earned £10 after a month! How does that make sense???
Spoken to 2 departments there and all I got was rude responses and 'computer says no'.
Absolutely appalling experience, do not get involved! Get a part time job in care, you will be paid fairly, or just play mobile games to make extra pocket money, at least you won't lose anything.
Terrible customer service
I used to be an agent a few years ago and I have just found out that I supposedly still owe £57. This has all come to light as I am applying for a mortgage and was declined. When checking my Experian report, I have bad debt on there from Avon going back over 2 years. When trying to resolve this to take the debt off my report, customer services are shocking. They say they can't do anything and I need to speak to a manager. They can never put me through to one and constantly tell me I need to prove I have made the payment over 2 years ago. They have never chased this debt and can't prove what I owe this money for, but insist they can't help. So upset ad can't get a mortgage based on this and no one there wants to help. Shocking customer service.

Avonâs today tomorrow always collection elixirs first date of Turkish rose. Smells exactly like Turkish delight I like the smell as it smells like it. It also smells similar to ghost original as that smells like Turkish delight.
Avon soft musk lily is my favourite perfume as itâs powdery floral & affordable.
I have had 2 tomorrow lotions & atm itâs my favourite Avon body lotion.
I like the smell of incandescent Iâm on my 2nd lotion.
Attraction game for her smells like chocolate & thatâs nice as it smells like chocolate & not too overwhelming.
Eve confidence is a nice fruity creamy scent.
Avon poor customer service
Having being an Avon rep for the last 30 years I am seriously thinking of resigning because their customer service is awful and I just cannot get this issue resolved.I had a delivery on November 19th with one box of items missing .Parecelforce their delivery service had sent the box back because it was damaged.I then got in touch with Avon via their Whatâs App service and was told by the Agent what had happened.No problem I was told we can see the box has been returned we will send your items out again.You will receive them in 3 to 5 days.Brilliant I thought until by Friday last week nothing had arrived so Saturday 26th I sent another Whatâs App message this time I got no reply so I rang their phone number instead.I spoke to a lady called Melissa at 9:27am she did the customary apology and said she would reorder the items.I was on the phone an hour by the end of the phone call I said to her I am going to give you the list of missing items and reeled off their item numbers and quantities .Melissa agreed with my items and said they would be with me by Tuesday(today).I received a box despite Melissa telling me there would be two boxes delivered today.I unpacked the order to find half of the products missing and not even mentioned on the invoice despite the conversation with Melissa the agent.I have tried to ring them three times tonight and every time the phone has been picked up but no one speaks .I have resorted to Whatâs App again and have now been waiting for a reply to my message over 45 minutes.This is totally poor communication on Avons behalf. Their call centre is clearly not in the UK as the ring tone changes , the quality of service is not up to standard and really needs looking into.I hope Avon monitors the reviews on here because you really need to up your game .

Placed an order on line but literally an hour later I took a telephone call that meant I needed to cancel my order. And boy have Avon made that into the worst experience ever!! When I finally was able to speak to someone ( whoâs first language wasnât English so they didnât understand, didnât even know how everything all worked and didnât understand English ) I was told couldnât cancel my order which I had paid for up front just an hour before I tried to cancel. Was told on phone that their system doesnât allow items to be cancelled. UTTER LIES BET IF I WANTED TO ADD TO THE ORDER TO SAVE ON DELIVERY FEES THE SYSTEM WOULD MIRACULOUSLY BE ABLE TO DO THAT ð³. Top and bottom could t cancel order and get my refund. I need to refuse the parcel when it arrives ( tho how at this time of year when ordering online for Xmas ). So Iâve got wait 5 days while they process the order then wait for it to turn up. Iâm looking at potentially this not being sorted this side of Christmas. I am a new rep, when a product is not in stock they notify me, I received an e mail stating that the product was now in stock so I ordered it but found it was not in stock, I have had several orders from a customers but only one was in stock , how on earth are you supposed to run a business like this?? Awful communication
I have been sent the wrong size twice. When I asked the second time apparently the correct size was out of stock and nobody thought to mention it. I was then told the correct size may be back in next month and I can check and reorder then! Unbelievable
Passed to collections for goods not received
Signed up to be an agent. Goods never arrived. I've now been passed to a debt collector for the £40 I apparently owe. Emails back and forth, asking me for proof of postage etc. Final email telling me I don't have an account and it's been passed to collections. All I need is confirmation that the good were returned to them. This has so far taken 5 weeks and is still not resolved.

ANEW range is great. Terrible customer service.
The skincare is very good (esp the Anew range) but bath and body products are very old fashioned, the fragrances feel 20 yrs out of date, like what my mum would wear. Also the make up is very uninspiring.
The worst thing is the poor customer services. No response to emails. No email confirmation for orders. No real idea when your order will be delivered. I wish they would spend some time listening to customers. Sadly, Avon is becoming very old fashioned. Customers expect better service esp because you can buy avon products from amazon and ebay.

Agent for 3 years. Charging me for items Iâve not had. Not replying to emails and being ignored. A lot of people who work there not doing there job and being paid to do nothing. Shocking company

They haven't failed me yet, I always buy many items/cosmetics from Avon, pretty good quality at low prices.
The only minor gripe I have with them, is when they discontinue a great product, such as their moisturising eye makeup remover.

I have used glimmer sticks eye liner navy for years, it has been "improved". So disappointed the colour is different. It wears off really quickly. Not a patch on the original formulation. I'm upset I have to find a decent eyeliner now.
