Black Friday Offer was a scam. Ordered paid and they cancelled the entire order and said it was a computer fault and to re order but they couldn't honor the discount. No apology or email. Avoid these scammers.

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered 3 eyeliners. I got one in an enormous box with some brown paper in it. Just spent close to 2 hours on the customer service line -- gave up. As I don't have an account and didn't order through a rep I can't access the whatsapp service and there is no email option. I've never ordered from Avon before and won't again. Disgraceful. Avoid.

I ordered on line 6 products, they delivered 4 items yesterday but 2 items were missing, I have tried to contact via wats app but that was closed due to large numbers, the email address pings back, and when I phoned there was a 30 min waiting time so not sure how to contact them now ???

Very poor customer service. I tried to help my daughter out after her account accrued so.e late fees, during a tough period for her. Avon didn't care. Avoid as they will exploit you and offer no support when you're young and trying to show some work ethic and independence
Mosquito ðŠ bites
I use Avon Skin So Soft with jojoba because it protects me from Mosquito bites. I bought 6 bottles before going to Costa Blanca on holiday and despite soaking myself in it, I'm still getting bit. ð Have they changed the formula??

After a couple of messages back and forth it appears that Avon don't want to accept responsibility for their poor quality product.
Terrible misleading service
Terrible misleading service. Received a discount code for signing up to newsletter. Email states 10% off 1st order but when entered at check out, states invalid code. After a number of calls to customer services and being given conflicting information ie code is for 2nd order, a lady advised the code cannot be used with discounted items and referred me to T&C's!! There is no indication of this in the discount code email which is disgraceful. The T&C's state "Cannot be used in conjunction with any other PROMOTIONAL CODES" so I am left somewhat confused as the items I was looking to purchase did not have a discount code, they were simply on offer. The whole this is farcical, a bit of a con and only causes frustration to potential customers. This is not what I thought AVON was about. Very disappointed in them.
Oh No Not Evri.
Unbelievably they use the worst delivery service on the planet, Evri, so I have needed to divert my parcel to the parcel shop that's miles away for collection because it would either get stolen or lost if left for Evri's dishonest driver to deliver.
First and last order with Avon.com as It's too much aggravation, while they only have Evri as a delivery option - And I see they don't bother to address any negative feedback, showing their obvious utter contempt for their customers.

Avon sent the package to my old addres despite emailing and calling to say it's the wrong address. Avon response is that unless I go pick up the package they can do nothing. So out of pocket. Just the worst service ever. Through no fault of my own I lose money. Never, ever, ever again. Be warned!

After a very long time I got excellent service from the call center. Lovely lady renisha was helpful. Answered all my question. Been a rep for 15 years and recently the treatment we been getting as reps is absurd. You need more people like her the reps will be happy.

I had a confirmation email saying good choice ext .. a week later nothing ,so my agent rang up ,she was told there had been a computer error ,there will be a full refund ,in 3-5 days . A week later still nothing . I rang and was reassured a refund would go through in 3-5 days! . A week later nothing .. so I ring again & say I want my refund today ..as this is not good enough . Oh we can't do that ..it will definitely be in 3-5 days ..day of four and still waiting.. absolutely disgusting.. I'm afraid Avon have lost a customer.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. It's almost as if they don't want you to be able to contact them in any way. Forty minutes hanging on their phone line before I got fed up (and who knows how much this was costing?). Then tried their WhatsApp contact - EIGHTEEN HOURS later (and counting) I've still not had a reply. Would not recommend dealing with this company. There are so many better retailers out there.

Wanted to place an order for my wife/daughter. Do registered for the 10% discount, a code that didnât work. So I used the WhatsApp contact, and when I did get a reply wanted me to place the order and send in a screen shot for a refund of the 10%. I said no, Iâd like a code that worked. A dozen or so messages and over 10 minutes trying to speak to someone, Iâve given up. Itâs not the discount but the principle tells so much more. Why would you deal with a company with zero customer service? Hope my wife heeds my adviceâŠâŠ.

Avon is a great opportunity to earn some extra money. Especially in the current times. I have been selling Avon for 14 years and have not found any major issues during this time.
I personally believe that if there is a problem it is best to remain calm and discuss the problem. Use the name of the person you are talking to.
