Really impressed with the service we've been offered. The setup process was easy and simple. Best Reception took the time to learn about our business (key people and services offered). Feedback from calls we receive is always clear and concise. It's been a real help to have the service!

Just setting up my new Audiology business Draig Hearing in Swansea. Being a new business I needed a reception system as I could'nt not afford a receptionist at this stage. Easy to set up with clear instructions. Everyone was kind and helpful. They are very experienced with a variety of clinical software packages. Very professional when answering the phone and passing on messages.
