Very professional assessment. No sales pressure and options to change your mind if it doesn’t work out. I was impressed.

My hearing test
Audiologist was very professional and put me at ease during the whole consultation. He explained all procedures and checked that I understood and was happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Boots Hearingcare.

This vist was to return hearing aids that were not suitable , i agreed to reorder after a very thorough examination Ad shown what was available this was not shown before I was assured that I would have continuity seeing the same person as this did not happen on my previous purchase. Overall the service I received was excellent.

the examiner was very good at testing my ear and fitted a hearing aid which went behind the ear i could hear my husband clearly when he came in the room advised me not to have cream as it would NOT show if i dropped on my cream carpet said i would get points on my advantage card after 3 months trial

The young Audiologist Mr Kishan was very helpful.
My mum can hear very well with the her hearing aids.

The service we had from Krishen the audiologist at the Boots Store in Centre MK was exceptional. My father had problems with his hearing aids which he was trying to sort many times at the Peterborough Boots store where he bought them from but to no avail. We saw Krishen for the first time and he went out of his way to help my father. He has great knowledge and lovely manner. He is a credit to the company.

The audiologist is very good but £3000 for hearing aids is excessive

We were welcomed on our first visit and introduced to the consultant dealing with our case. He explained the process and carried out a hearing test. He further explained the result of this and suggested that a second appointment would be necessary to remove wax and refine the information. At the second appointment we arrived an hour early but was still greeted and dealt with immediately. The treatment was explained and tests completed before solutions were suggested. The appropriate solutions, with further benefits included by Boots, were offered for our approval. The possible purchase system was then explained.
This process was excellent in presentation and delivery, thank you.

Overall a very helpful team at both appointments on 4th May, and then the fitting on 12th May. I now have hearing aids in and enjoying the improved hearing. Thank you.

On my appointment with Boots Hearing Care I had a hearing test, told I had hearing loss and given advice about hearing aids. It was really good to actually try a hearing aid to see how they worked. It is very reassuring to be able to use the hearing aids and if I don't think they're suitable to return them. The Audiologist was very professional and reassuring, explaining everything in detail.

The hearing test was very thorough and conducted with respect to my needs.
