Customer service is automated with no service.
Customer service is automated and not personal at all. Emailed several times with no response and only heard back when contacting through social media platforms. Once you click buy it’s all automated. Even if you reach out immediately after purchase it’s too late to make a change. Triple check everything as you are charged for errors.

I’ve been a fan for years
I’ve been a huge fan for years, but the quality is slipping as the product line expands. My most recent pair of shorts felt flimsy and cheap, and I bought two towels on sale and they also felt nowhere close to typical CN quality. I want to continue to support you guys, but the product just isn’t as high end as it used to be.

THE JEANS RELAXED STRAIGHT FIT
Might be the most comfy jeans i have ever worn.
THE SNEAKERS 2.0 - Grey
Great fit, maybe not as comfy as a running shoe but comfy enough.
My personal opinion is that they are a bit heavy and warm, even when I wear them during the summer evenings I Stockholm, Sweden.
The Teddy Hoodie - White
Really great, comfy AF.
The Shorts - Olive Curl stripes
Fits well, really like the color. Love them.
Good to know though, they are a no liner shorts.

Outstanding Quality and Customer Sevice
I'd been following Benni and Jon for years, so it was great to finally try C'est Normal—and it definitely lived up to my expectations.
My first order was to work out the right sizes and fits. Everything arrived in the UK within the estimated delivery timeframe, and when I needed to exchange a few items for different sizes, the returns process was incredibly straightforward. I opted for store credit, which made placing my next order really easy.
I was so impressed with the quality that I came back a few weeks later and placed a much bigger order before travelling.
The quality of the fabrics is excellent, the fits are spot on, and the overall aesthetic is exactly what I was looking for. The linen collection in particular is fantastic—comfortable, well made and perfect for warm weather.
Customer service has also been brilliant. After my order, Warner reached out personally to thank me for my support and asked for any feedback, which is a really nice touch and shows they genuinely care about their customers.
C'est Normal has quickly become my favourite clothing brand, and I'm already looking forward to seeing future collections. Highly recommended.

I loved the ads and the promise
When I got the shorts, I didn’t like the fit and the material
I returned the shorts, the customer care was nice, but in the end, I was refunded of only 75% of what I paid. I guess they deducted the shipping, forth and back.
Not really satisfied with that experience.

Comfortable sneakers, exellent service
I bought the 2.0 sneakers six months ago, and they are absolutely the most comfortable sneakers I’ve owned. On top of that, they are 100% premium looking sneakers. Very satisfied! I recently had a warranty issue, and I have nothing to complain about regarding how they solved it. The service was excellent and I was very happy and content with how they solved it. I will 100% keep buying C’est normal sneakers in the future.

I ordered the wrong size on my sneakers
I ordered the wrong size on my sneakers. I just replied to my order confirmation and an automatic reply saying that they would get back to me within 24 hours, but a great customer service replied 4 minutes later and the issue was resolved in 27 minutes. That’s awesome sin my opinion! Will be coming back!

I purchased the Sneakers 2.0 in a size…
I purchased the Sneakers 2.0 in a size 46. For context, I am a standard 46 in almost all brands, and occasionally even a 45. However, this 46 was extremely tight—so much so that I seriously considered returning them. To add to the frustration, the shoes went on a 50% off sale the very next day.
Overall, the build quality is solid, but the sizing definitely needs a REVISION. While I’ve seen others mention tightness in the toe box, the pressure for me was entirely in the midsection. I managed to loosen them up using a shoe stretcher, so they are wearable now, though getting them on and taking them off remains a struggle. That being said, once you actually get your foot in, the sneaker genuinely feels like an extension of your foot.
