The shoe looks great and feels very well constructed. However, it’s heavier than I expected. Since it was marketed as a running shoe with a casual look, I was expecting it to be a bit lighter.

Glad you’re enjoying the look and build! 👊
Fair point on the weight though — especially if you were expecting something a little lighter from a running shoe. Thanks for the honest feedback, we’ll take it back to the team. 🤟🏼
Ordered a pair of shoes and pants
Ordered a pair of shoes and pants. The shoes where slightly small in size and a had to return them. That process was very smooth and effortless. Very fast response from support.

Sorry the sizing wasn’t right for you — we know that’s frustrating.
On the £25 return charge, we completely get that it’s not ideal. Unfortunately, returns cost us around 3x that amount to process and ship back, and as a small business we just can’t absorb that cost on every return.
We’re always looking at ways to make this better though, and we appreciate your honest feedback. 🤟🏼
Returning customer happy again
Been a customer for a while because i think the quality is top tier. Love the latest order.

Wrong fit for my feet
I ordered a pair of shoes, unfortunately the fit wasn’t right for me. But the support was fast and great, got a refund straight away. Quality product's thou. Looking forward to the 3.0 shoes (hopefully the fit is better for me then)

Really appreciate the kind words about the quality, and hopefully we’ll see you back for something that fits you a little better next time. 👊
The jeans are great
The jeans are great. The only problem is I order size 30 on the length and some came short and came long (all of them size 30 length and same model)

Glad you’re loving the jeans! 👊
The different lengths definitely shouldn’t be happening though, especially when they’re all the same size and model. Sorry about that!
If you haven’t already been in touch with the team, drop us a message and we’ll happily take a look at what’s happened.
Super qualité
Super qualité, le confort est top le style aussi.

And yeah… they might make the feet look a little bigger than usual 😂 But at least the sizing is spot on!
Thanks for the support, and glad they made it to you so quickly!
The sneaker is not as advertised
The sneaker is not as advertised. They claim they made a combination of a running shoe and a sneaker. But I highly doubt if they have ever had a proper running shoe... Their product does look like a sneaker, but that is really everything it has to say for. It is in no way a comfortable product, especially if you expect a shoe that is comparable to a running shoe...
What they made is a (slightly) too heavy sneaker with a thick rubber sole that has some flex but no bounce to it. Walking with them feels like you put your feet in plastic bags filled with very heavy rubber. Incredibly false advertised Chinese garbage...

Oof 😅 Sounds like these really weren’t for you.
We’re genuinely sorry they didn’t live up to what you were expecting, especially when it comes to the comfort and feel. We put a lot of thought into the Sneakers 2.0, so it’s obviously not great to hear you had such a different experience with them.
Appreciate the brutally honest feedback though. We’ll take it back to the team.
Great clothes
Ive ordered many clothes from there, they are high quality and well thought throught.
However if there have been quality issues, the customer support have always done everything, and even sent me a new pair.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. The shorts should never fail after such a short time, and we completely understand your frustration at not receiving a reply to your support request. This is not the level of quality or service we aim to provide.
We’d genuinely love the opportunity to help get this resolved. Unfortunately, we’re unable to identify your case from your review alone. If you could send us your email address or order number, we’ll look into it right away and do everything we can to make this right.
