Great products and great team! Clothes are really high quality: good material, comfortable, well cut... and the team is nice, quick to respond and super efficient. Some would say "c'est normal", but I'd say great job! :)

Bought the holiday linen pant - looks great, but absolute garbage quality. For this price point you expect your clothes not to rip around the waistline and have holes so quickly. Got about 2 months out of them so can’t recommend at all. C’est disappointing.

Got wrong colour on my jeans, solution was that I got to keep the ones I got and a new pair is on the way, for free!

I bought three jeans and a running jacket recently, after I was spammed on social media for weeks! Haha!

I received them yesterday and I had an issue with one of the pair of jeans I ordered, as there was a stain on it.
After contacting customer service, they quickly helped me and sent me a completely new one absolutely free of charge. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful! The purposed to give the other jeans (with the stain) away to charity, and will do so.

The jeans themselves are very, very comfortable, and I can highly recommend everyone to buy a pair from here. I still really need to test the running jacket wile I’m out running, but I have to say, it feels very light and comfortable.

These guys went above and beyond after I had an apartment fire where I lost most of my belongings. They have been communicative and helpful. Will continue working with them in the future, no doubt. Best pants I've had in a while too!

Broek gekocht, prima fit maar na 5 keer dragen scheurde mijn rechter broekzak. Laten maken, drie keer dragen later scheurt mijn linkerbroekzak.. Inmiddels heb ik de broek 12-14 keer aangehad en zit er een gat bij mn knie. Kwalitatief is het materiaal echt rommel, zeer dun en kwetsbaar. Prijs kwaliteit is daarmee echt ondermaats

update: Aangezien het gat bij de knie nog te maken zou zijn de broek nogmaals gewassen. Toen de broek uit de wasmachine kwam waren er twee grote scheuren ontstaan bij de achterzakken waardoor hij niet meer te maken viel. Hij is dus in de vuilnisbak beland. Het aanbod van een nieuwe broek zoals in de reactie vanuit Cestnormal is dus niet gewenst; geld terug zou meer op zn plaats zijn, deze rommel hoef ik niet nog een keer...

Normally all items are perfect in 5 separate purchases, but I had pair of pants that ripped. Within one day, the case was resolved and a new pair of pants was in the mail.

Sent a request about a «broken» jeans. They imidiately sent me a new one, unfortunately it was the wrong jeans, but got a second pair. So ended up with 2 replacements with the best jeans on the market. Great customer service. 11/10

Försökte ringa kundservice men telefonnr saknades.

Mailade kundsupport och bad om ett byte och 20% avdrag för de extraturer till paketombudet som deras misstag medfört. De avslog min begäran och bytet har fortfarande inte kunna genomföras pga lång handläggningstid

Awesome customer support. Ordered a pair of sneaker during sale - needed to return as too big. Of course sale was already over. The support offered me a perfect solution.
Already own some perfect shorts an forever shirts - after almost 2 years regular wear still in good condition!
