Had an issue with one article having a slight scratch so I contacted them and they sent me a replacement directly. Customer Service is great. Overall can highly recommmend 10/10.

I find the quality of the shirts fantastic. I received a shirt with some stains on it, but that was resolved properly, and exchanging a shirt was no problem either. Please keep producing.

Det tog två veckor att få min leverans. Helt sjukt! Aldrig så att ni förekom och informerade utan det var jag som efterfrågade var mina varor var. Då började ni skicka en massa mail som beskrev hur era medarbetare fick jobba över för att lösa det som, enligt er, Bring ställt till. Inget initiativ till att skicka ut ersättningsprodukter eller så. Helt orimligt dåligt.

Jag har väntat i 3 veckor, och min order har ännu inte skickats.

Kundenservice war bisher auch ok und hat 1-2 Themen solide gelöst und auch schnell. Aber das jetzt schlagt dem Fass den Boden aus. Mehrere Versuche den Kundenservice zu erreichen. Keine Antwort. Dann doch eine Antwort, dass sie meine nachrichten nicht bekommen hätten. Ich schicke die Nachrichten nochmals. Seit über 1 Woche wieder keine Reaktion. Schade, dass man auf diese Art und Weise Kunden vergrault. Wollte nicht wenig Geld ausgeben, das lasse ich jetzt lieber zumal die meisten Produkte, die ich kaufen wollte sowieso schon ausverkauft sind. Insgesamt zieht sich diese Farce schon fast 4 Wochen. Ich hab keine Lust mehr

I recently had a US delivery issue, that normally would think i just lost my purchase. However, i decided to reach out to customer service.
First of all i was impressed in the response time. They immediately responded to investigate the shipping issues and gave me multiple updates. Without asking, they offered and replaced my original lost order with a new tracking and at zero cost to me.
I was especially impressed with Kerry the Community Manager of C’est Normal.
The confidence and reassurance that they would look into it and continued follow up until my order was resolved. I got my new order and am a happy long time customer.

The delivery to Finland was super slow and i dont even got it even they are asking the review about the product

I did a order for more then 2 weeks ago and i still haven’t gotten my package. I have sent several emails to them but have not received any response.

Good product and outstanding customer service. The major downside was the logistics. UPS ended up charging over 30% of the cost of the order for the custom clearance and the cost was not advertised upfront.

Shopping with your brand has been nothing but frustrating for me.

I really like your shoes, but unfortunately you don’t offer half sizes such as a 42.5. The size 43 fits larger than expected, while the size 42 is too small. There is simply too much of a gap between the two.

I experienced the same issue with your clothing. For example, your overshirt fits me well in a size M, but a T-shirt in the very same size is far too large.

Your products are of good quality, but there seems to be a real inconsistency in sizing.

On top of that, buying from your store, paying import taxes, and then having to return an item simply isn’t worth it.

Overall, it hasn’t been a good experience, even though I genuinely like your products.

I love cestnormal. I have been fan from the beginning. I still wear the blue sweatpants with buttons on the side. I have had some issues with some products but they have been very helpful and found solutions very quickly. Definitely buying more cool clothes in the future.

Ordered two pairs of shorts and their running jacket. Shorts are nice, jacket was rubbish. The issue came when returning the jacket though, as they deducted £9.99 for a shipping label (expensive but fine) PLUS £9.99 as “they don’t refund original shipping costs”. After emailing back and forth and trying to make them understand that the £9.99 shipping was paid ON TOP of the cost of the jacket, so shouldn’t come into the refund, they finally refunded the correct amount. However on the premise they were doing me a favour by refunding the original shipping cost. If they’re doing this on every refund - this is bad! They’re either very confused about how their own business charges customers, or they’re grabbing an extra £10 profit from every order.
