It's been 6 days now since i ordered my product and I've been trying to get in touch with support. But there's no response whatsoever, and the product has not been sent yet. I strongly recommend to avoid this site.

I've bought the Jeans and the Corduroy pants and I am soo satisfied. Had a minor setback with a seem on the pants though, but the customer service has been amazing! Fast, humorous and accommodating. Just don't be a d**k yourself, and you'll be treated thereafter.
Now I'm looking forward to some T-shirt and the Shorts.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I’d been considering buying clothes from them for a while and finally placed an order for four items.

They state that shipping takes place within 1–2 business days after an order is placed, but it’s now been 9 days and my order still hasn’t left their warehouse.

I could live with the delay, that’s not even the main issue. The real problem is their customer support, or complete lack of it. I’ve sent four emails and haven’t received a single reply. Not even a “we’re looking into it” or “sorry for the delay.” Just silence for six straight business days.

What makes it even more frustrating is that I live in Stockholm, where they’re based. This isn’t international shipping or some complicated logistics issue.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend buying from here. The products may look good online, but if anything goes wrong, it doesn’t seem like they care whether you ever receive what you paid for.

Super nice products, feels super comfy to wear. Easy to order, free exchange on sizes, and if any issues just reach out to customer service and they will help you within 1-2 days.

Customer service doesn’t reply or process returns for months. The jeans I bought smelled heavily chemical and wore out in a couple of months. It’s well marketed cheap quality sweatshop clothes.

I bought two pairs of slim-fit jeans, and they are honestly the most comfortable jeans I’ve ever owned. One of the pairs was delivered in the wrong size, but after contacting Zuzanna from customer support, the issue was resolved quickly and very professionally.

My warmest recommendations to anyone considering buying their products!

Reviews are usually here for negative things, so this is something different. I genuinely like c'est normal.

Long story short: I started with one pair of shorts and one pair of jeans. Now I own 6 shorts and 4 jeans in all sorts of colors.

The comfort is just on another level, I wear them for pretty much everything. The shorts and jeans are genuinely unique, nothing else I've tried comes close. Jackets are cool too, t-shirts are okay but nothing special. The bottoms though, I love them. Gym, hiking, average day. Fits everywhere.

I've ordered 3 times and even got sunglasses for free because I'm financially irresponsible. But if you're wondering whether this is some marketing fugazi with how comfortable the pants are, it's not.

Love the fit and comfort of the jeans and the shorts. Have not tried their other products yet.

Had a pair of jeans that unfortunately ripped in the groin rather quickly but customer service was excellent and refunded that pair.

But customer service was great and resolved everything quickly. Had no issues, as many other commenters had. Got full refund, 0 return fees from UK.

Bad experience. Got my delivery, unfortunately too big in size. Did a refund, easy and fast.

But the price for returning? In total for the order 10 euro? I should of course checked this before ordering but come on. Good luck.

Quality was bad, I can say customer service is even worse, sent my items back a month ago but they didn't even initiate the return, I've tried to reach out to them and didn't get any reply, paid $250 for basically nothing.

Ordering was super simple and fast. The quality of the products is of high standard as well. I had a minor issue with one product. I claimed the damage and within 1 day I got a response that this is a manufacturing defect. I was offered a refund or replacement. I decided for a replacement and the product was shipped out the next day. Really amazing customer experience.

Ik had de schoenen 2 dagen voor de sale gekocht. Door dit aan te geven via de mail aan de klantenservice heb ik alsnog de korting ontvangen! Snelle en fijne klantenservice! Schoenen zitten fijn en met de maat tabel op de site is het makkelijk om de juiste maat te kiezen. Dit is nu al de vierde paar die ik hier heb gekocht en ben super tevreden.

I love the The Athlétique Tees' for the gym. Just great stuff. Furthermore there customer service is just awesome as well as all other products. Stay as awesome as you are!
