The Doctor who carried out the procedure explained to me step by step as he went through the process. Dan Willis kept me well informed from the start of the appointment up to today.

I was treated with respect from the start with the first phone call then my first visit with the receptionist. Finally my first consultation with the Doctor. Unfortunately the treatment of Lasers was set back 13 weeks by the NHS so I decided to pay for the treatment which I achieved in two weeks. I am so grateful to all the staff involved and the treatment I received was tremendous in every way and highly recommended.

Brilliant surgery, lovely staff but I may as well gone nhs
All the staff were wonderful. Helpful and friendly (especially Sarah Barber). The surgery went really well and I had great confidence in Dr Tahann.
BUT...I went with Clarity because they had premises in Macclesfield. I ended up having the op in Stoke which was dire. I paid for the procedure and expected better treatment than a cup of cheap coffee.
