Ordering process is ok but they choose to use Evri which is just a dismissive waste of customers' time as it will mean missed or lost deliveries and wasted time. The customer service experience was also very poor. Generally, I am still loyal to the products but I won't use the website in the future.

I was happy with my quickliner eyeliner as it didn't irritate and went on smoothly. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews about it only lasting a few weeks. What a waste of money, there is only a tiny bit of eyeliner in the tip, the rest us just an empty shell. I will not purchase again, I'm sticking to my no 7 stay perfect pencil.

Thank god I read all the reviews about AROMATICS ELIXIR before buying again! I went to my local store, sprayed from a tester and boy oh boy🤮.. people were not lying when they said it's not the same. Clinique you are obviously trying to cut corners in the usual boring, exploitative corporate manner. You've also stopped making your soaps because they ACTUALLY last and were ACTUALLY very good. But we can't have that can we. Why not, you may ask? Well, we want to sell more and more. We are no longer interested in quality, only quantity. The Aromatics is no different. We will make it fade quicker thereby FORCING people to buy more of it. Despicable cynicism and a total disregard and lack of respect for us, your customers! I will never buy another thing from Clinique unless I hear that they have gone back to making the original perfume.. don't bother buying it, whoever reads this.. sold their souls to the devil imo.... oh, and if they've done this to the perfume and the soaps, then one has to start asking questions about the lack of quality in ALL their other products. No longer will I buy the skin care either. Oh btw, been using Clinique since I was 16...I will now ensure that in my job with young people, I will make them aware of the practices of these greedy corporations. The same as when they tell you that this cat food is new and improved, yet your cat won't touch it... even the animals know😂🙈.. these are my views and experiences! Thank you to all the others who have provided reviews to warn us all.

Product delivered within two days of ordering. Sadly the product in the box wasn't what I had ordered. The shipping label had the correct details and order number. Checked my account and my order was correct.
Contacted customer services who said they thought the wrong label had been stuck on the box and they would resend the correct order. I asked if they would arrange for collection of the incorrect item. They wouldn't and suggested I contact MAC whose product was in the box or I just kept the contents.
My order on the website is still showing as delivered and no replacement has turned up. It is almost impossible to contact customer services by phone or messaging as they are experiencing longer waits than usual. Wooful service, I have bought products as gifts for years with no issues sadly I won't be purchasing in future.

I received an email with an offer and I ordered, the order was acknowledged, and my Amex card charged, all on the same day 10/11/25.
I bought a larger size in one item to qualify for the spend to get an interesting free gift.
The following day I received an email saying my order had been shipped. On 12/11/25 Evri said they had my parcel.
On 13/11/25 I had 3 emails from Evri. One saying the parcel was out for delivery and giving a delivery time around midday, then another saying they couldn't deliver that day, then another saying they would deliver that night.
When nothing had arrived by a couple of days later, I finally managed to get through to Customer Services who were polite and thorough in checking up. They said they would send new items by a different courier.
Ten days or so later, I received a disproportionally large cardboard box with two items rattling around inside. No packaging and no note of apology and no free gift, which was the basis upon my making that order.
I have since had a bizarre, somewhat lengthy exchange with the "virtual assistant" on WhatsApp who, having failed to appreciate the nature of my complaint - no free gift upon which my order was made - nor any gesture from Clinique, finally told me: "All our gift with purchases are stated as subject to availability - they are offered until stocks last. We rely on our customers to familiarize themselves with terms & conditions and delivery options (??!!) prior to order placements but still, we truly apologize for this inconvenience." They're not wrong - but should consider the timing of the original order before putting the blame on the customer!
As I pointed out - they missed the point entirely and I shan't be ordering again, despite the endless offers I get by email.

Tracking by evri was all over the place. Goods didnt turn up so refund was arranged. First time used and will be the last. Why they use evri I dont know. If we had read trustpilot before ordering we would not have bothered. 67% 1star reviews says it all.

This was the first time I’ve used products from Clinique and the first thing that struck me was the heavy duty containers. The moisturiser comes in a very heavy old fashioned jar and unless you can be bothered to use a spatula, you are finger dipping which is unhygienic. Their ethos is about hygiene so this is odd. Secondly the clarifying lotion pours out as there’s just a big hole in the container so you waste a lot of clarifying lotion. I was not given a lot of information about the products and was sold what the Clinique representative wanted me to have. I was not asked what I wanted at all. I was recommended a quick liner for brows in the wrong colour which didn’t show up on my brows at all. Thankfully the next representative I saw agreed to exchange it for a darker colour; from blonde to cool brown. However you have to use a lot of pencil and they are expensive and small. I get far more colour from a generic brow pencil. I have decided to go for a different brand which doesn’t weigh a ton for travel and for products with less wasteful containers. Whilst the actual product is ok, I’ve found a better range.

So disappointed I used to use all their products and gradually my favourites have all been discontinued. I was a customer 40+ years and it’s really frustrating. I made my first order in over a year, and guess what, not even any samples. The only company that seems to want to lose customers and actively not trying to get new products out there. Why? Also took forever to arrive.

I shop at holbush and there is wonderful lady that help but!’you have recently taken on a beautiful man who shines out so brightly make up right up with professional ism!

Just wanted to thank the lovely Shannon in boots Bromley for her lovely kindness and help with my Clinique products she made sure I walked away feeling great and I had best product for my skin . Love my new foundation and my bronzer . Will be going back to her . Love Clinique amazing makeup and skin care .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Once again my delivery is Delayed because Clinique choose to use Everi for delivery of my products. delivery was due today and at 8pm it has been delayed for A WEEK. This always happens. Spend you hard earned money somewhere else.

My god, so frustrating! I'm due the Anniversary and Birthday smart rewards gifts and receiving emails to redeem, but I don't have the facility to redeem online nor on the app as those rewards are greyed out. Two instances of Web chat consisting of screenshots and a telephone call of which I got cut off, I am none the wiser. I spend a lot on Clinique and this is a joke.

Delivery came super fast. Free gifts were lovely so I went and got colour matched in local store for foundation as I’ve wasted a fortune recently and every single one cakes horribly. The no7 was even caking on application! Lady in the shop applied even better foundation and that night it was still on, no caking whatsoever so I ordered that and thought I’d try the cc cream for daytime. Even better is excellent and my daughter tried it and is obsessed with it as well. I also love the black honey lippy. It looks almost black in the tube so it’s not something I would ever buy looking at it in store but it’s a gorgeous plum colour when applied so I’m glad I got that free with my order as it’s now my fave so I’ve ordered the pink one and another black honey. Both the foundation and the lippy don’t feel like wearing make up. My only complaint is I wish they did a lighter bronzer as I like the texture but having very fair skin even the lightest one is a bit heavy for me but very happy and will definitely be trying more products.

Every time I order from Clinique there is always a problem with their delivery either the parcel goes missing or they deliver to the wrong address. They promised next day delivery which you never get because they use crappy Evri. Most of the products I used over the years have changed they are not the same quality products you used to buy from Clinique. Foundations have got very thin mascara is clumpy pencils snap easy
Moisturiser doesn’t seem to moisture your skin like it used to. I used to spend hundreds of pounds with them but not anymore. I have 1 item now that I like and if they change that then I won’t be buying nothing more from them

I wanted some Moisture surge moisturiser. The cheapest way to do this was to sort two gift sets from the site. This was still over £60. Ordered 22 August and Clinque sent via Evri... Yes that discount delivery company that have virtually no staff. So for a week it has sat in a cage at the depo as there is no one to deliver it. Customer services are useless. The only thing they could offer was to recall from Evri (good luck with that they won't let you pick up from them as the cages are too rammed to find anything) and give a refund and then because the sets were out of stock they couldn't process any sort of replacement and it would be up to me to do that. I don't understand how a company can market high end and then use really bad delivery and horrendous customer service. I am actively seeking a replacement product. Meanwhile I have the tiniest amount of moisturiser in a travel tub I am hoping will last. I have enough bonus points for 4 travel tubs and a free next day delivery on my account but of course you can only order bonus with a product and customer service were not willing to override this... If only their product wasn't so good.

Overpriced and poor quality. Not what it used to be :(

Ordered from Boots two face moisturisers. They arrived with out packaging, in a huge box so they rattled around with nothing to protect them. They arrived dented and dirty. Boots customer service was very much we don’t care. They were in such a state they could not be gifted. Don’t order Estée Lauder products from Boots. In fact if you want your products to turn up in one piece don’t use Boots

Order not delivered. Unable to contact anyone about it. £146 down the drain. Daylight robbery! Do not use this company online.

Didn’t receive items, customer services is practically none existent. Great when things go well, but when things don’t they completely ignore you. Wouldn’t advise buying from their site at all.
