I completely agree with the clients that have commented that the quality of the make up products has deteriorated. To be honest I don't really even mind the price increases, ( since everyone is ripping us off) but I can't get over the bad quality of the products nowadays.
Do they really think we people are just sheep and stupid and will not notice?
I actually think, they, like many other brands, simply don't care.
I bought my usual foundation recently and it was a total disaster, I could have made a better one at home! My favourite lipstick has suddenly shrunk in size but it has fancier packaging and a much higher price.
Very disappointing Clinique and good luck with your new tricks!

Items not delivered. Customer service ignores the complaint about it. The worst experience ever.

Nonexistent customer service, and really poor online services.
I ordered my products over 10 days ago, and they're still not delivered. I've run out of product in the meantime and having to go without!! I ordered in advance to make sure this doesn't happen and yet due to the shocking service, I'm in this situation.
No customer service representatives available- either on WhatsApp or their "live chat" just useless Bots that keep asking for the same details over and over. Horrendous. Won't be buying from them again.
Don't even get me started on the price increases!

I have been a Clinique customer for 20+ years. But their customer service is atrocious. Ordered product for free next day delivery (as I am a genius member) and still waiting for despatch notification! Then spent 30 mins on line trying to get it resolved using their ‘on line chat service’. 15 mins waiting to be dealt with, then their rep was unable to resolve the issue. Their customer service has hit rock bottom. I will be switching brands.

I've used clinique products for over 25 years for skin care and make up. However recent price increases are not justified when the product quality has deteriorated. The superpowder now is so badly made that the compact breaks leaving wasted powder everywhere. This has happened on 3 occasions so I have lost a lot of money never mind the inconvenience. I have complained to customer service to no avail. Moving to another brand now. Sorry clinique you're now poor quality over priced and lacking customer service.

Needed some of their mild facial wash so I waited until bonus time at Boots as these are invaluable for holidays.
When I went to purchase said product (with others to qualify for the promo) they didn’t have any. Today I tried online as the promotion ends Monday and it’s showing out of stock ! What’s the point of a promotion Clinique if you can’t provide the product ? Poor show, not happy !

Well like many of you on here my order was not delivered. It was dispatched by Clinique to Evri, who somehow managed to lose it. However when I rang Clinique to complain... I spoke to an extremely charming lady.. who having checked my order was extremely apologetic and most helpful, and immediately promised to send out a replacement... which I have subsequently received. If anything my complaint would be with Evri for losing my initial order. But sincere thanks to Clinique for sorting it out so promptly. Many thanks.

Placed my order on 14th July, it was despatched 16th to Evri (so I thought it would take a long time. Evri aren’t very reliable) by Wednesday 23rd and no movement in tracking information on my delivery I contacted Clinique for help. They told me I had to wait until Friday to see if my delivery arrived then contact them again. Of course no order arrived so I did, Clinique issued me a refund BUT it will take 5-7 days to process ! Worse still, I used a voucher (it was a birthday gift) for some of the payment! So guess what? I have to have another voucher as replacement! And guess what? You can’t use the voucher in stores or counters??? So back to square one!
Haven’t received ANY refund yet as must wait the 5-7 days!
It will be Christmas before I get to see any products!
Not happy with such a bad service especially from a top brand such as Clinique.

Received beyond expectation service today (Sunday 23rd June) from Claire at the Clinique counter John Lewis, Glasgow. Claire was so helpful and informed when purchasing gifts for my daughter's birthday. All gift wrapped beautifully

Never got my order! They did not even let me know that my order is lost, I need to contact them via WhatsApp after 10days. They disconnected from WhatsApp even though I was replying right away. I called and lady told me there is no official complaint/feedback website that I can write the details. It's ridiculous don't buy anything from online. I've added free deluxe gift bag into my order, they told me that's out of stock so they can only send actual order again. Advertising lies. Awful.

I have opted out of emails three times but they continue to bombard my inbox. Going to report them to ICO

I feel horrified that I have been using your products for years without realising this.

I will no longer use your products and will seek every opportunity to raise this

I had an in-store service appointment and I won't book any appointment again. When I arrived, beauty counter asked me 3 times, if I booked an appointment in her store, when I showed her booking confirmation, her look wasn't happy at all. She did for me for make-up service, but the way how she was, it was looks like she is not happy at all. I don't understand, why company give to customers this opportunity, if beaty counter doesn’t want to do anything. On the end she expected that I will buy cosmetic products that she used for me during the appointment and did not want to provide any samples. I think she should provide samples to me, to try first that I can make decision, what I would like to buy in future, but my point that, if I booked an appointment, customer service have to be good and Clinique staff member who provide service have to be friendly. Therefore, with my experience, when beauty counter was unfriendly with me and didn't want really to do anything for me, even dough I had an appointment booked and spent my time for it, I won’t attend anymore any in-store service in Clinique store.

I haven’t received my order (order number 1531453477) nothing has been done to reschedule my order for them over a week with evri. I have been a customer since I was a teenager ( over 10 years) but will now use dermalogica.

I made an appointment 10 days ago at Clinique counter at John Lewis,Glasgow for a Mother of the Bride make over today (14/05/24) I received a phone call this morning at 9.30am to say that a staff member was diagnosed with covid and they weren’t sure if they could do my makeup as other staff members had to be tested. I was disappointed but totally understood the situation and asked if my appointment could be rescheduled. The person at the end of the phone said she would check and get back to me. Two hours later, nothing! As me and my husband were in town anyway, I decided to pop into Frasers in Glasgow and explain the situation and if they could accommodate me. Elaine on the counter said absolutely no problem but informed me that if customers came to purchase from the counter, my make over may be longer than usual. We did have a couple of interruptions but Elaine went above and beyond to do the perfect Mother of the Bride make over for me! So much so that I actually spent more than I had expected to!
I still haven’t had any communication from Katie at John Lewis in Glasgow which I am very disappointed to report. I can completely understand that the counter in John Lewis May have had to have been closed but it doesn’t take much to text or call me to say so!

I have purchase moisture surge intense, moisture surge all about the eyes, take the day off balm and washing foam and I had a really bad reaction with swelling, rough skin as sand paper, experience redness and started to develop Milia. I thought Clinique was a high quality products, guess I was very wrong.
The customer service is horrible and the online delivery department is terrible.

I have ordered from Clinique from years and used a range of their products. I ordered a powder and two eyeliners. It was delivered by UPS to the wrong address. I contact Clinique about this and told them what had occurred. They just told me to contact UPS to deal with it and did not offer to replace the lost items. I disputed with my credit card company and submitted a claim with UPS, but I refuse to do further business with a company with such bad customer service, not to mention it is hard to even find the customer service and get past their bots.

Bluewater Clinique worst service. Very rude girl been here twice now and the same girl very rude and not friendly at all doesn’t even smile. I didn’t like the service and won’t be coming back to the Bluewater Clinique. Why have staff who work customer service retail if cannot give good service.

Bad customer service,i have had few contacts with customer service regarding my birthday gift, i have been mislead with wrong information for the 1st time than after my second contact i have been told in short way to late you cannot have now,really pull me that as i could not believe that happen,i have tried once more and i have wrote all again whats happened and magically i had an answer and apology,also my gift is apparently on the way.
Shame as the product are really good not like all the people from customer service.

How can a reputable company get away with promising a free gift if you spend a certain amount and then not coming up with the goods. Customers like myself will have spent a lot more than they intended to get this free gift, in my view its complete fraudulent trading and needs investigating. At least they should be sending you another item of comparable value. Clinique you should be ashamed.
