delugs specialises in high end personalised high quality straps.. using the strap finder 2.0 online app, and with delugs quick whatsapp responses i was able to pick out a perfect strap for my newly acquired patek calatrava. The overall experience was smooth and extremely satisfying.. I would highly recommend delugs to friends looking for quality straps !!

Look — I bought my first straps from Delugs back in 2020. It’s now 2026, and they’re still holding strong, still look great. And I’m not the guy who babies anything — I wear my watches, I use them, I live in them. If I’m doing something, the watch stays on. Same for the strap.
Fast forward to now — I just picked up three more. Honestly, I don’t even know why I waited this long. In between, I went down the rabbit hole — bought straps from all over, different brands, different sites… and let’s be real: most of them are garbage. Fake “leather,” bad construction, terrible finishing.
This? This is the opposite.
Fit, finish, materials — all dialed. You feel it immediately. Even the packaging is on point, which tells you everything about the level of care they put into the product.
And the customer service? Next level. The kind that actually makes you stop and go “damn, these guys get it.”
Six years later, same quality, same consistency — that tells you everything you need to know.
Lifetime customer. Buy with your eyes closed.

Fast delivery. Outstanding customer service to help me pick my first strap. Beautiful and well-made pull-up leather (waxy). Totally different feel from my original strap. Will be getting more to match my outfit!

Quality work. Exceptional customer service. I have a large wrist and was in between sizes. Customer service was quick to respond and made return easy. No waiting on hold for someone to answer. Quick email and thorough follow up. The straps I received for my Grand Seiko SBGM221 and my Tudor Black Bay are much more comfortable than the original straps and give me the more casual look I was going for.

As the strap I prefer do not have in the length suitable for me, he propose an order option. I also pick up another strap color for changing around. He place the watch with the strap and advise which one is more suitable. He also help me to fix the strap onto my watch which allows me to wear straight away. Will recommend Delug to my friends.

Fast great customer service

The customer service team was consistently responsive to my many questions as I navigated choosing a strap for an old watch. When I changed my mind about which strap I wanted, after the order was processed and paid for, they happily and quickly changed the order for me after verifying that it hadn't yet shipped. The quality of the strap is better than I thought it would be. It's Pueblo leather from Badalassi Carlo and has a wonderful leather smell, and a refined finish that is simultaneously elegant and rustic. It arrived 2 days before the promised delivery date.

Chat support (Felip) was very helpful with helping me choose the correct strap for my reference. Looking forward to receiving it and think I'll be happy with the quality.

Initial purchase was easy. Ordered nylon and leather strap for omega speedy pro. After arrival I realized I wanted a spring deployant clasp. Contacted customer service to return/exchange and they said I could just buy the clasp and attach to existing strap. Pretty neat! Easy to test customer service.
