I had placed the order about 10 days ago. While I got the acknowledgement immediately, there has been zero follow up on the delivery date. While I have got two reminders for giving the review. I wish durian put the same effort that they put in pursuing customers for their review to the actually following up with the customers and communicate them about the actual delivery.

Worst ever service by Durian. There is no contact and no status for my furniture.

I visited the shop before covid 19 lock down and narrowed to Poise high back leatherette office chair. They offered five year full warranty that pleased me. The lock down was imposed and I had to buy the same chair from online store of Durian. It took months to open and with that the same was delivered to me. Two men came on mo'bike with open and fitted chair. As per contract, a packet with chair was to be delivered and open before me to get fitted. I still do not know as to what things were inside the packing that got opened by retail store persons. I asked for the warranty card. They said that the bill itself was the warranty card. I went through the bill and found no mention about the warranty any where. When insisted again, they came back with the warranty card that said one year full warranty coverage and four year free service with spares charges to be wore by me. Transparency was missing. However, the chair is good for average body weight person. Clearance sale gave me 45% rebate. Thanks!

No Response, No Delivery. No Customer Care. Very bad company.

Extremely horrible experience.

I purchased caliberchair on 30th May online.

There is no update on my order status. Inspite of following up with customer care, nobody bothers to even return my call with an update on my order.

The tracking order link on the website is broken and not working.

It has been my first shopping experience with Durian Furnitures and it's amazing online experience. Honest display of products with excellent quality makes Durian different from others. Installation staff is competent with courtesy.

Good quality and comfortable chair for office use

Its been over 3 weeks & I have no intimation about my order & its way past the delivery date. Folks where is my order?

No Update. No Calls. have been following up for my order. No response. You are cheaters who are now absconding with my money. Will be raising a Police complaint for FRAUD and CHEATING.

Horrible customer experience. The order is not delivered even after 1 week of expected delivery date. The customer service center is utter nonsense. They do not answer to any queries rather say that I would get a call back from concerned team which I never get.

I am not able to see the status of the delivery and also received a message that my order will be delivered by 15th June but later was informed after online chat that delivery is going to happen by 01st July

I have neither received my order nor the system shows its tracking. Cal you please help? My cell no is 9632042244

Delivery time is taking too long. I am wondering if I had made a mistake by ordering from your website.

Very sad that I got this furniture and I regret for it. No manual, no screws, it's not in box package. All came in a carton with no proper packaging. Delivery on other side took 3 weeks. I will never ever buy from Durian.

though the product is good but installation service is poor. They delivered my chair pre-installed due to COVID-19 but neck/head rest is loose. I cannot use this chair until they rectify this problem. I called installation person many times to come and clear the issue but after 3-4 days he is saying that you need to contact Mumbai team as you have purchased it from Mumbai directly (online). I have purchased it from durian because durian is a good brand and I don't want to waste my time in communicating with call centre representative. Since it is an installation issue so installation team should clear it. Else take this chair back and make a refund.

Still haven't received the product. Noone from team has got in touch.

23 Jun - not delivered yet.
9 Jun - So far it is bad. I understand the COVID situation. But everything else is getting delivered in time. And moreover there is no way to communicate with you. Those numbers and whatsapp number no one replies. Nither anyone replies on email. With this kind of service it won't work.

At the time of placing the order I was told that order will be delivered with 2 weeks. I also received message confirming the same. Now after waiting for 3 weeks, they have postponed my delivery date to more 5 weeks. I am not even allowed to cancel it
